The CNS cannot throw his boy under the bus. He sent him there, and any issue Wike has is against him, and not the boy.

Knowing Wike, he acted purely out of impulse and old habits. He’s used to throwing his weight around and expecting everyone to bow instantly, but this time, he met someone who actually understands chain of command and the limits of civilian authority over the military. That naval officer followed due processz, he’s bound by military protocol, not political intimidation.

If Wike truly believes the officer overstepped and broke the law you you're alluding, then the same rule of law he often brags about should be his route, not theatrics.
