So he should disregard his duties to obey an errant person? Where is borderlines in that? If Wike has an sense of borderlines and responsibility, he ought to have found out who placed him on duty and directs his rantings to the person, not the person under authority. The minister is a public office holder and represents the office of the president thats why the president appointed him. The officer should have respected that office regardless of the person holding the position. He should face disciplinary action
