I just want to remind the old folks. Someone born in 2000 is now 25. They never lived in 1993, 1976 or 1967. All those years to them are HISTORY. The one they are living in now is their reality. Don't think they will understand how things were in the past or the consequences of what happened in the past like you lived through. Please be very careful. Show good examples through your age so they can have something to look forward to. If you so desperate to have a real estate portfolio, try other African, European or North American countries with transparent land records that guarantee you security.
