Good day Nairalanders. The compound opposite my house wants to start building another house inside his fathers old compound. He just bought a camera yesterday and some how the camera is faced inside my compound.

I think he is encroaching into my property. Should I be worried?

Make enquiries about the camera from him then stylishly ask why it's facing your side..... if problem persists, buy same camera then make it face his house too.

It may not be really intentional. Try and approach him first to know the motives behind it.
