It is surprising how this well laid out town became the nauseating eyesore it is today. Go to 21 road till 1st Avenue. So, is it population expansion pressure or failure of the usual institutional maintainance culture as is the practice? This place is a FHA. Racoon:When people migrate through night bus in large numbers there, why wouldn't that put pressure on the infrastructures there? When the country was working, now they've turned it upside down. Back then when I was growing up we hardly had power failure. When light goes off at most 30minutes they've restored it.......But now we pay for darkness and also contribute money to buy electric pole and transformer. We happened to it. Na normal average people dey live for the estate not government or politicians. Various set of people who have lived in festac made festac an eyesore… keeping the environment dirty.
