A COS that couldn't lead by example by ensuring he gets all the necessary documents from relevant government authority. Decided to use military might and I see people supporting him because Wike is involved.

FCT authority should go to Court and seek an injunction barring the COS of claiming to be the owner of the land and asked to produce all relevant documents that supports his ownership to the land. Failure to provide those documents will automatically strip him of ownership.

COS does not know Wike, this is not a military case, it's not against boko haram or armed robbers.

It's now a civil case, lol.... Sorry Wike go revoke that land. Lol.... Wike will laugh the last laugh.

Thr cos has whatever doxument he needs to calim ownership of that lamd... i hope you know even with your correct document, govt can come in and take that land anytime from you and nothing will happen. Scammed indeed. Wike believes every allocation prior to his coming as minister are invalid. He is embarking on a revocation and reallocation spree which is illegal, targeting mostly retired and serving military personnel. The FCT Minister can only revoke a land in overriding public interest (for schools, roads, bridges, security, or environmental reasons, etc). Reallocating revoked lands to friends, family and cronies does not qualify as overriding public interest.

The Commander in Chief should've already prosecuted Gambo or whoever used the military for private matters.... especially at this time when Trump is claiming genocide and threatening to invade .What else is he using ranks for? If he wants to practice favoritism, he should do that at his own risk by creating his own private company and using his personal estate, not Nigeria’s land
Under Nigerian law, land can only be revoked for public interest, such as when building a community school, hospital, road, market, or other public facility. Anything outside that is illegal.
Revoking one person’s land just to give it to another individual or company is favoritism and a violation of the law. Nigeria is not a personal business or a private company.
Now tell me, who is the lawless one
Lt AM Yarima fought for all Nigerians that very day. It is a reminder that holding political appointments does not give you the power to abuse citizens' right to own property anywhere in Nigeria.

This matter concerns the military, not Fubara or any other 'bloody civilian'. Even Tinubu would apply caution here. Politicians have been in business of grabbing lands for themselves and their families in this country. The military hierarchy brotherhood,both serving and retired is like a cult that even the government can't afford to overlook. Don't think that the government can just go and chase the former CNS out of the property with force, using police or fellow soldiers. Tinubu and his men are very careful with the armed forces right now.
The worst is they would negotiate and settle him with another land or he may be prevailed upon to cede a portion of the property.
