✅ Reality: People with HIV on effective treatment often look and feel healthy and show no visible symptoms.

❌ Myth 3: HIV can be transmitted through casual contact.
✅ Reality: Transmission is only possible through specific bodily fluids — blood, semen, vaginal fluids, rectal fluids, and breast milk. It is not transmitted through hugging, shaking hands, sharing utensils, or touching a toilet seat.

❌ Myth 4: People with HIV can’t have children.
✅ Reality: With the right medical care and by maintaining an undetectable viral load during pregnancy and delivery, the risk of transmission to the baby can be less than 1%.

The stigma in Nigeria is what’s killing

The stigmatisation and thought of HIV patients alone kills even before the virus does. If infected I'll rather rest in peace, than being stigmatised.

I agree with you that it is not a death sentence. In fact we have repeatedly seen people get rid of this condition by embracing nature. It is a shame that an industry has been made off HIV which is restricting information on verifiable solutions.

Many years ago I fell sick, I mean very sick. I was a shadow of myself.



My mum accompanied me to a private clinic and I heard the doctor whispering to her that before they commence treatment I must do HIV test. It was as if my spirit left me.

I didn't have the courage to open the envelope before we returned to the doctors office. My mum gave him the envelope in his office and my heart started beating very fast. The next thing I heard was "congratulations, this is exactly what I want. You're negative"

I started jumping like a baby in his office o, the sickness left me immediately. That day I knew fear kills faster than the virus.

Assuming doctor tell me say I dey positive I sure say I for die dat day.

When I wanted to marry, some many people wey the matter concern though, insisted that we must go for all those medical checks.. me talk say e no dey necessary but wifey say she no dey shake.. and those other people also insisted.

Long story cut short , I later came out in flying colours🥰😍

But wetin I pass thru between examination and result, my mouth no fit talk, especially because my parents, pastors,deacons and everybody don dey involved..

Lord had Mercy.. I even vow say I no go cross another woman again even before results came out... Chai..

Viral diseases are treatable ad cured permanently with herbs

I won't mince words.

In Nigeria, it is a DEATH SENTENCE.

Is it the stigmatisation from society? Or the breach of confidentiality by the nurses who'd gossip you to the full ward and they will start seeing you as a medical problem than a person?

Or is it the expensive routine drugs that is falsely advertised as free in Nigeria?

I read in the local news of a man who distributed it to a battalion of girls in my locality before relocating because of the stigma he received from his ex location. While it is evil, evil is still evil.

Atleast in my former Health company, we witnessed people with HIV who got HEALED and turned Negative.

But people will say it is not true. People will not agree. People will call me a liar.

So u win.

I don't have the energy to make anybody believe something I saw with my two eyes which the Nigerian media and Nigerian Medical Association refused to make public because of their selfish interest.

So yes. It is not true.

And yes. Their healing did not come from those ARV's
