ComeComing: Are you sure? Check your bank payment details, if there's nothing there, it will bounce back. Use grey.co app, watch YouTube videos to see how to use it. I don't use any tools. |

ComeComing:LoL, Dem don attribute and connect the name NIGERIA to FRAUD & SCAMS, very unfortunate. A friend of mine went to D2D and he used his friends details that lives in one of the he (Black countries ) l used the Word black countries to Hide the (guys and the countries identity that he used to publish his books) and D2D helped him distribute the book to B&N, Kobo, and more than 12 publishing channels globally, they even helped him to place the book on several library platforms globally. I doubted it initially but when he opened his laptop and showed me everything, l felt so sad 😢 for genuine Authors in Nigeria who are suffering innocently of what some working boys have cause due to FRAUD and Scams related matters in the past , nawaooo ![]() |

I uploaded 2 books(book 1 and 2) a week today. 2 days later, i edited the content to link up to two books (you know something like.. if you enjoy this book, here is lînk for book 2) Now, I clicked submit and went to sleep. But wen i woke in the morning, volume 1 went live but volume 2 was blocked(something that was live before o.. and had even sold more copies than volume 1.. infact it top the new release in that category) I'm pained because I didn't break any rule. Other publishers books were topping that category before mine(volume 2) started topping. I didn't do any black seo.. I used same keywords for book 1 and book 2 I sent an appeal yesterday explaining that the blocked book is a sequel to the first book and that I only added lînk to each book so that readers can easily find (book 1 or book 2.. depending on which one they're reading) And tey promised to get back to me. Now, i just received a mail that they're upholding their decision due to a disappointing customer experience shvt.. My anger is that this book in question is a sequel to another book.. and the volume 1 is selling like mad.. and the link(which will show not available) to volume 2(blocked book) is inside.. What do i do please? Though I've sent another appeal but I'm afraid because it might change nothing because Amazon rectifies fault later wen it's too late. So am asking, should i just change title and subtitle and re-upload the book(as book 2)?

@ComeComing, forget about it. You're talking to a bot, you will keep getting that same automated responses. These big companies don't care. I'm sorry but be careful with the account. Once the bot flags your book down and blocks it, every book you upload will be automatically blocked. |

SuperOnyi:Jesus Christ. Are you serious? Do you advise to create new account? I can be careful in doing that? |

Live chat their support center from your dashboard. Tell them the book is of top quality and you want it to be reviewed properly, just be polite about it |

Let Me give u an advise which I know u will likely not heed to: FORGET ABOUT THAT ACCOUNT AND LEAVE EVERYTHING LIKE THAT THE WAY IT IS, LOG OUT COMPLETELY AND KEEP RECEIVING YOUR MONEY AND CHECKING MAILS....IF YOU MUST CONTINUE PUBLISHING, GET A NEW DEVICE WITH NEW DETAILS AND INTERNET SOURCE AND CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT TO CONTINUE YOUR BUSINESS (Create new books)... I know why am telling u diz, stop pursuing that book, shutdown your emotions else you'll loose your account very soon... In fact, you are very close to loosing it presently if u dont take this advice... ComeComing: |

@chicfarmer @superonyi @ccjoe I just received this mail from Amazon. I put a grey $$ bank account early last month.. which was even approved by grey then. I'm now confused on wat to do with this mail 🤔 Prior to this, Amazon sent around $5 to the account and grey took about $2 leaving $3.. which is still there.

ccjoe:Nice advice there. But I guess kdp is f*u**d for Nigerians. Because of this issue I got a new device, new internet and all. New books. But guess what? Any book I upload would be blocked. Reason? The vague "misleading customer experience" Kdp wasn't like this back then, I wonder where this misleading customer experience sh**t is coming from. Now what's the guarantee that if I get another new device and start all over it won't be the same? Mehn, kdp is f**ucked for Nigerians. What's the hope of a hustler that wants to earn online? |

So guys i asked AI some questions and below is the answer it gave me. I don’t know how true it is but i believe we can all learn a thing or two There are many complaints from Nigerians about KDP blocking, rejecting, or shutting down accounts/books — but the good news is most of the issues are avoidable once you understand why Amazon acts the way it does. Here are the real reasons this happens: ✅ 1. Too Many AI-Generated Books With Low Quality Amazon has been cracking down on AI content since late 2023. A lot of Nigerian authors: upload low-quality AI books don’t edit or fact-check reuse the same templates publish multiple books in a day KDP flags this as: “low-quality content” “repetitive content” “spam publishing” This often leads to: book removal or full account termination ✅ 2. Using Copyright-Protected Materials Some people unknowingly (or knowingly) use: copyrighted images copied recipes plagiarized text downloaded PDFs rewritten by AI KDP bots are extremely strict. Even 10% similarity to existing books can trigger a takedown. ✅ 3. Reusing the Same Content on Multiple Books Example: same introduction same chapter layout same exercises same prompts Amazon calls this “Content Duplication Across Titles.” You can lose your account for this. ✅ 4. Bad Payment Cards or Suspicious Login Patterns Many Nigerians use: VPN Verve cards virtual cards unstable IP addresses multiple devices shared WiFi networks Amazon’s automated system sees this as “fraudulent behavior.” They can restrict or close the account. ✅ 5. Keyword Stuffing Putting keywords like: “free,” “best seller,” “2024,” “AI,” “Money-making,” “adult,” Or adding irrelevant phrases in the metadata. Amazon flags this as: search manipulation guideline violation ✅ 6. Publishing Low-Content Books Without Original Value Many people publish: notebooks journals planners But they look like everyone else’s. Since 2022, KDP has been very strict with low-content books. If yours looks too generic, they block it. ✅ 7. Repeated Upload Attempts After Rejection Some authors keep re-uploading the same rejected manuscript. This triggers: “system gaming” “policy evasion” Which can permanently ban the account. ✅ 8. Wrong Categories, Wrong Claims Examples: medical books with no credentials financial advice written by non-professionals health claims without references KDP removes such books under "sensitive content guidelines." ⭐ So Is It Because Nigerians Are Targeted? No. KDP does not target Nigerians. But because: many Nigerian authors use VPNs many use virtual cards many follow “KDP hustle” shortcuts from YouTube many rely heavily on unedited AI many upload too many books too fast …the system ends up flagging more accounts from here. It’s more about patterns, not nationality. |
