Gotocourt:Even if Wike goes there to revoke the title, it is within his right (So far he can prove that it is in the interest of the public)! I don't know why you people are celebrating illegality and deifying military! Is it because it is Wike. Will your judgement be better if it was Otti that was stopped by a soldier? God abeg! |

Look like Falana contradicted himself; Why asking him to apologize if he is within his legal right. Wike simply went for a show of force against the former chief of Naval Staff. Abusing an innocent Naval officer who was obeying an order from the superior is the crust of the matter not the legality or illegality of land document. After all Wike is also a land grabber |

Falana is actually right. Nyesome Wike was performing is statutory functions as FCT MINISTER, but, what I condemn is always the use of foul languages by public servants. Calling a Lieutenant a phool is very arrogant. Our public servants need to start understanding that they're here to serve us and not to keep búllying Nigerians |

The Trouble Between Wike,The Young Soldier and Our Democracy: •God will bless you Sir and more Wisdom- Chief Falana! -But of course, the Opposition ( the LP,the dying PDP Sympathetisers, the ADC- all' Former '( and their footsoldiers) -will jettison Common Sense and Democracy - but argue blindly, just to hate and Want Wike-Out, because of past Elections Losses! -I read a post by Racoon saying ' forget about DEMOCRACY ' - this is just one man in this Forum and tomorrow, they will tell us about Why Nigeria Is Like this - just because they want Wike out( for their Selfish) reasons,so they throw Everything into abyss, even in their thoughts.😳! -Wike has is Temperamental - he will surely work on himself ( for self Control) But did his Conduct vitiates in: 1- Visiting the Place of land disputes-As Trustee of land and his role as the Governor, the Minister and the First Officer of Abuja? NO! 2- Wike ,as a Lawyer/ Barrister knows why he is giving the place a Priority - afteall, the Land Use Decree - Promulgated By Our Ministry before the Civilian Rules Says ' All Land Of A State,Are VESTED On the Governor of that State and he is the Only One who can ISSUE -•Land Certificates - No Other Person,Not Even The President! 3- In A Democracy,as we copied it by the same Military For NIGERIANS,the Military 🪖 and All their Apparatus Are Below and Subject - To •Civilian Authority - that is what Wike was telling the young Soldier 🪖' shut up,you are a Fool' ( Meaning, young man,you don't know Anything Called Democracy - Civilians Are In Charge here- don't be Arrogant! 4-Although,Hon Wike- should have calmed down the Boy and Lecture him, which he failed to do and this is Not Good Enough, but are there No Other Silent- NIGERIANS: - Some Are Governors,Ministers( Past and possibly Few Are Present- Doing Bad,Bad Things -Against Nigeria Interest)- through Corruption Randeviux, even though They Don't Make Noise - but Wike is known for No Nonsense,so be it! 5•But ,here we are - Focusing much energy on Wike and the Innocent young Soldier,NOT ON THE LAW- Or What the Law Says on the Authority and Chain Of Command In A Civilian Dispensations!- as it Affects Nigeria Today! I pity confused and politically biased Nigerians, who will surely be hunted by the Law, being used against Wike now! Time Will Tell! |

That's a well-balanced view from Falana. The military were wrong for stopping Wike from doing his job. And Wike was wrong for insulting and abusing the officers publicly. Let's act maturely in all situations |
