And some "my mama said I be igbo" gals in lagos allowed themselves to be bamboozled into starting a warped anti "igbo patriarchy" revolt few weeks ago.

We send them to the best universities in the world from a country where some men don't even allow their women to walk freely outside, yet we are made the vallian..

The way they were going, you would think they were enduring apartheid. One wanted plots of lands at his father's ancestral kindred! Maybe the men should go and get their plots from their wives home..

Proud of my tribal women ibibio. I know that we'll be here. Proud of my second home, Igbo, despite them leading, but I have to hype my tribe Ibibio first first.

Re: Literacy Rates Of Nigerian Women By Tribe by CSTRR: 3:36pm On Nov 14, 2025
73% OF IGBO women are literate.
That is first class citizenship right there.

You can't have a literacy rate of 20% and tell me you are a first class citizen of Nigeria because you produced the president.

I am Igbo but I disagree with this bomboclat stat.

Igbos and Yorubas should have almost same literacy rate in this regard.

And with the likes of peter obi consistently pumping personal funds into basic education and health institutions in the east, don't be surprised if the gulf in literacy widens.

You may think it's nothing, but direct investments like these are what makes the difference.
