Sensible topic that calls for a sensible discussion. You wouldn't see much crowd here because no name was mentioned for a crime or the other. Unfortunately NLand has become a breeding group for bigotry and tribalism

Pure fallacy from the so-called doctor

No business really thrives during inflation

Real estate thriving during inflation? Maybe he doesn't know the meaning of the word THRIVE

Utter bunkum!
No matter the inflation figures, people must buy, rent or lease real estate spaces, apartment, offices, shops etc and those are the main market propelling forces in the real estate industry.

Everyone needs a space for business and accommodation irrespective of your financial status per time.

Real estate will always thrive in the period of inflation.

The Keyword is "Thrive"

Real Estate thrive regardless. People will eat regardless.

Are you saying Real Estate won't thrive when inflation is at the minimum or non existing?
