Let him get the form and everybody goes to the field

Good one.

Makinde is a true, thoroughbred Omoluabi.

He is now the undisputed leader of the PDP.

After the convention tomorrow, a new PDP will emerge, and Wike, along with his faction of jesters having effectively schemed themselves out of the party, may now seek refuge in the APC, a terrórist organîzation,

Go and ask about Ali Modu Sheriff and what he did to PDP.

As at when Wike pushed him out of PDP, Makinde couldn't even win ordinary Rep seat in Oyo.

After the Inter House sports Seyi Makinde is organising for Pdp in Ibadan, the courts will teach him a painful lesson.

There’s nothing the court will do about it.
The Supreme Court has already made a judgment that the court has no jurisdiction over how a party runs its affairs.

As I stated earlier, Wike and his geng of asoebi jesters have successfully schemed themselves out of the party with their own hands. If they don’t want to become stranded in the wilderness, where they already are, all they need to do is move to the APC, the party afflicted with stage-four cancer, as Wike himself once described it.

Lamido was on Channels TV between 7-8pm last night denying the meeting and insisting on his rights to the Forms in issue. He was clear that he would not be attending the Convention slated for Ibadan in view of the judgment he obtained restraining PDP from holding same unless he had been given a chance to obtain the Chairmanship Form.

The Supreme Court said internal affairs conducted in line with the Constitution of the Party is not the business of the Court. However, Internal affairs of the Party not conducted according to the Constitution becomes the business of the Courts. The Courts will set them aside. That is one major reason why wise PDP Governors seeking reelection are leaving PDPfor elsewhere. INEC will not go to the Ibadan Convention. INEC will cite the FHC Abuja Judgement that predates The Akintola Taku ex-parte Orders Series One and Two.

Can you identify the actions taken by the PDP in respect of this elective convention that are not in line with the party constitution?

Please read the Judgment of Justice James Omotosho and the Ruling of Justice Peter Lifu in the matters. You will discover what the PDP has done that are not in line with the party constitution. INEC will not attend the Convention. The Convention is thus a nullity.

What about the judgment of the Oyo state high Court?
Re: Seyi Makinde Visits Sule Lamido by zoedew:

There is no judgment of any Oyo State High Court on the matter. What you have is an extended ex- parte order of an Oyo State High Court issued by Justice Akintola (I call the extended Order “Akintola Taku!”). Political historians understand that. The extended ex- parte order was designed to cover the period of the intended Convention. However, an ex-parte Order cannot stand in the face of a Judgment and a considered Ruling which are the latest pronouncements in the matter! The law is that the latest Order or Judgment of a court in a matter prevails! Both judicial pronouncements have restrained the PDP from going ahead with the Convention at Ibadan. For that reason you will see that INEC will not attend the Convention! Absence of INEC makes the Convention a nullity.
