“Can we normalize having female gynaecologists?” — a Nigerian lady asks as she recounts her uncomfortable encounter with a male gynaecologist.

Advocate for more women to go into the field, but most are not even serious enough to study animal science talk more of medicine.

If you have to wait for women to have gynecologists then most patients will have to queue for weeks or even months to be attended to.

Your concern should be watching to know if he touches you in a manner that isn’t appropriate… all these one you’re saying is just the normal way women rope men with harassment or abuse that hasn’t happened yet…

If you are not comfortable with male Gynaecologist, go to where you have female gynaecologists…

It’s very rare to see a straight female gynaecologist, that’s why some women prefer male gynaecologists.

A female GP in Europe decided to examine me anally even when I thought it was not necessary. Boy, was she sadistic?!!!. She was enjoying herself.

It was a clear case of No Vaseline.

I refused to see her again.

Professional Gynaecologists usually have a second person in the room for this reason. Alternatively if you are married you can insist on your husband being there as well.

Not sure what running to sm is going to do.
