bro blame the Nigerian system. The work load on staffs is enough to make them vex. And we have people who alternate both night and day shifts in hospitals. Sometimes the stress from the work and home coupled with the pay fit make dem vex. If you go too advanced medical facilities they have good manners

Why won't they be impatient, when a dr is attending to over 100 patients daily and he must attend to all of them as they're on an appointment. its been a daily routine. Almost all our doctors don japa. Its not easy. If you're doing smesme, he'll call the next patient and ask you wait outside. Tell our govt to discourage Drs from running overseas by improving their welfare and working condition. If a dr is attending to just 20 patients daily, he'll be patient with them. Imagine over 100 patients have been booked for an appointment with same dr. Some of them are even dying due to stress. I read about one here recently.

I recall how my GP refered me to a pratice that had a female urologist during one of my general medical checkups. She ensured a male nurse was present to witness the entire procedure. The most embarrassing 5 mins of my life...two grown adults, same age group as mine, touching and looking down there, and asking questions. 🫣😅

I think people have mentioned the way to go.

1.Insist the presence of a female nurse during visits, it is your right.

2. Encourage more young ladies to study Obstetrics and Gynaecology. For women, both fields are very lucrative and not yet saturated in Nigeria.

If you have to wait for women to have gynecologists then most patients will have to queue for weeks or even months to be attended to.
