PDP expels Wike, Fayose, Sam Anyanwu, others.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expelled Minister of Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike; Ayodele Fayose, former governor of Ekiti State; Samuel Anyanwu, former secretary of the party.

Chief Olabode George, former National Vice Chairman of the party (South) moved the motion for the expulsion at the ongoing convention in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

Hon Samaila Buga, Chairman of the PDP in Bauchi, seconded the motion.

Way to go! Where will the Obio-Akpor Ghengis Khan go from here? APC clearly don't want him as the comments from Mattawalle, Badaru and others in the past few days have shown. Don't forget, Umahi left the PDP due to Wike's excesses and joined the APC. Wike will now shamefully go to the APC that he swore never to join and take his place behind leaders like Oshiomhole, Akpabio, Sheriff, and Diri from the Southsouth. Wike had leverage with Tinubu but gave it out for cheap by destroying the PDP. Now, he has nothing as virtually all the PDP governors from his region are now in the APC and will be his seniors in the pecking order.

Court cases resume on Monday.

Another joke for a new season. The convention is an exercise in futility.
