asiwaju60:Is inec working for the country or is inec working for APC? The courts that the evil set of politicians use to shop for evil verdicts and inec roles in being more political than being independent will consume this country Truth is that nothing will stop PDP from fielding candidates in 2027 general elections |

They have run Wike dem street things. No election took place. Just normal meeting |
| Re: INEC's absence throws PDP Convention Into Confusion by ALTERNATEID: 6:56pm On Nov 15, 2025 |
INEC already told the irresponsible Judge of Oyo state high court that they will respect the order of the Federal high court stopping the convention so no one should be surprised by this. The convention is just a waste of time and resources. It will be trashed by multiple court and INEC will never recognize the outcome. |

Tinubu is in even afraid, despite all governors have decamped. Let me laugh ahead. ![]() |

The presence of INEC is not a requirement. All that was needed was for proper notice to be given to INEC. That has been done. If Amupitan's INEC couldn't make it, perhaps due to lack of transport, it is not on the party. Having said that, we have it on good authority that INEC is present at the convention.

asiwaju60:I'm very sure if the bill for the organization of the aborted convention were to be paid from those governors personal account and not tax players money they wouldn't have gone ahead |

Why are APC data boys all over the place with the PDP convention? |
| Re: INEC's absence throws PDP Convention Into Confusion by oluwatomiwa(m): 7:20pm On Nov 15, 2025 |
PDP is hold normal meeting and not convention. Convention without INEC presence is ordinary meeting. The courts will nullified it if it is convention. |

Why are data boys fidgety? Yes, Inec were present at the convention. |
| Re: INEC's absence throws PDP Convention Into Confusion by Ofunaofu: 7:30pm On Nov 15, 2025 |
oluwatomiwa:INEC was notified, and that's enough. As someone mentioned above, INEC probably doesn’t have money for transportation or sufficient funds for the logistics needed to move its officials to and from the convention, including hotel reservations. |

Ofunaofu:that's a big lie from inec. They are working for ruling party. |
| Re: INEC's absence throws PDP Convention Into Confusion by runningriot: 8:00pm On Nov 15, 2025 |
I wonder why INEC is being political it has allowed itself to be used as a weapon to victimize opposition. This is simple, they supposed to be there to serve as observers of the convention but allowed Wike, his proxies and surrogates to buy their integrity. This is a deep cut to our democracy it should be stated unequivocally that president Tinubu should not be allowed to use Wike and other government machinery as a means to make Nigeria a one party state. |

Whether INEC is there or not, one positive thing from this gathering is the expulsion of Wike and his gang The PDP don't need INEC to expel her enemies |

AMINDA:How was INEC given notice please? Because any correspondence with INEC must be signed by Chairman and Secretary and Anyanwu denied every signing the letter that his signature was forged. The court is not a place for emotions. I only pity Governor Adeleke. |
