When people decided to start their own dirty December in November, one can't but ignore whatever comes out of their mouths.

They gathered in Ibadan to do social party, enjoyed themselves and got intoxicated, they are free to say anything.

Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has rejected his purported expulsion from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).


DAILY POST reports that the party earlier announced that Wike; Samuel Anyanwu, former National Secretary of the party; and Ayodele Fayose, former Governor of Ekiti State, were expelled from the main opposition party.

Chief Olabode George, former National Vice Chairman of the party (South), moved the motion for the expulsion at the ongoing convention in Ibadan, Oyo State capital.


The motion was seconded by Hon. Samaila Burga, Chairman of the PDP in Bauchi.

However, when contacted by DAILY POST, the Senior Special Assistant on Publicity and Communications to the FCT Minister, Lere Olayinka, dismissed the expulsion.


According to Lere, the party members who announced the expulsion were “intoxicated” in their “dirty December.”

He said, “They went to Ibadan to start dirty December in November.

“When people decide to start their own dirty December in November, one can’t but ignore whatever comes out of their mouths.


“They gathered in Ibadan to do party, enjoy themselves and intoxicated, they are free to say anything.”

"Detty" December, that's the right slang. After going to Ibadan to eat Amaka and gbegiri with palm wine in the name of convention, their eyes go clear by tomorrow morning. All those loans Makinde was collecting to bribe people in PDP will not save them.

Wike was obviously intoxicated on a forty-year-old whiskey while making this statement, because if he wasn’t, he should have known that the national convention is the highest decision-making body of the PDP, and any decision made there is final and binding. No court can overturn it.

He should move to the APC, a party afflicted with a stage-four cancer, inflicting untold hardship, strife, hunger, and starvation on Nigerians. He would be warmly welcomed there after all he has been working for them
