I really don't believe she removed any Ribs. I will do a bit of research on it but I don't believe it.

And if indeed she removed her 4 of her ribs and the concern you raised, do you really think some of these girls really think things thru before acting or doing extreme stuffs?

Inside that Rib cage is where your heart and lungs are, the cage itself act as protection for them but you decided to remove some of those protections? For what exactly?
