Till now ive not seen any message for visa approval or what next o

Plus my agent told me embassy throughout the whole journey

Omor we got there na VFS i dey see nothing like embassy. Pls what the diff embassy and vfs and hope im safe.

vfs is like the bridge between you and the embassy, they just help collate and transfer your docs, visa applic file and biometrics to the embasyy
and back

Please did you submit to TLS on Oct 8th and you got status by tracking, no sms yet and was it france. Thanks.

Okay the scammer didnt succeed in scamming me.

I got the msg above in email fmt from vfs global but ive not received confirmation or anything like that.

I am applying for a Switzerland visa and I got to know there is no VFS appointment date in the next few months.

Please, how does this get handled? Does the date slot open up intermittently just like the US appointments, or is there any specific way to go about securing an appointment?

Your experienced responses are appreciated.

There is pressure on schenghen countries for now. I guess its also because they are switching their entry processes. If you cant find for switzerland, maybe you should still try for france...tho be ready to wait for at least 30 days to get a reply.

Thank you so much for the response. I guess I will try for another country, so the appointment system isn't the same for all EU countries through VFS but only specific to the country being applied for. For example, if there's an appointment backlog with Switzerland, can there be an appointment date available with France?

For instance, you dont need VFS appointment for Sweden, you just go to VFS with your documents and pay.
