Your VDM is a steroid shot bodybuilder he has no strength and can't fight, he fights like little kids who are afraid of their opponent ,he can't throw punches he went for a headlock after receiving slaps and punches from Mr jollof , Mr jollof had to bite him to free himself from the headlock , and delivered two more punches at VDM

Precisely what I'm saying: Swinging is an amateur/street way to throw a hook. You can land a powerful hook within a 45 degree angle if you understand the technique.
