Since you claimed to be a practicing Christian, why not replace Airmark in that emboldened line with Bible, and start rubbishing it and its dictates?
The bible never says we should respect elders in spite of evil. In fact He called them a brood of vipers

Una sure say this Sheikh Gumi is bit working overtime to make Tinubu's government fail and Nigeria losing respect amongst comity of nations?

I mean all these posturing and utterances just dey heat up the polity internally and make the government look irresponsible in the international community.?.

people are now closer to the south more than we can think of. If they are already over running communities in Kwara state like this, who knows what they have in store for the states in the south west?

Don't worry, Tinubu will send Shettima to welcome more governors to APC.

Looks like they're in the South already waiting to be activated. These attacks have increased exponentially over the past few weeks.

years of APC, not sure we've taken any meaningful step forward..

When people were asking the current administration to focus on governance, sycophants were singing on your mandate and hailing the failure in aso rock as master strategist..Now look where we are..

A state that can't protect its citizens will leave them with no choice but to resort to self help.
Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Theflint1(m): 11:59pm On Nov 18, 2025
I remember like 15 years or so ago, when preachers from the middlebelt states would come to our church for conferences and say there's an active plan to make Nigeria an Islamic state using violence...in my mind I'd write it off as them being dramatic, and looking for an elaborate plan to fleece people of cash.

Everything they said would happen is happening, and worse.

The regions and people of Nigeria that want to be free from radical islamism would at some point have to make a choice.

GrammarNazi1:
As soon as Tinubu got most governors in his pocket, kidnappings have returned à la Jonathan.
If the North think they can use same script again, they are in for a shock.

Tinubu is not Jonathan, btw people are wiser now, already the coup play has been tried, much as our politicians have been a dissapointment we dont want the military especially one instigated by Northen Nigeria, Northern Military rule did not benefit the country, so no Thanks they should remain in their barracks.

It's shameful.

Make Trump overthrow Tinubu abi na wetin?

Nigeria's political space is just useless
BlueRayDick:
Something is seriously wrong with people like that Turaki guy. They want external help to capture political power, but they don't want external help to solve insecurity issues that plague us as a people.

The hypocrisy is stinking
Kabiru Turaki didn't deny the genocides against Christian. He never opposed US assistance or help to eradicate terrorism in Nigeria.
In addition, there's nothing wrong in asking for help in strengthening our democracy. After all, we copied the Western democratic governance. Abi na North Korea or Iran u wan make dem help you improve ur democracy?

“I want to call on President Trump, what is at stake is not just genocide against Christians, he should come and save democracy in Nigeria. Democracy is under threat, I am calling all other developed nations, all advanced democracy, come and save Nigeria.”

If these attacks were to persist into late next year (God forbid), would you still maintain that Tinubu is assured of a second term?

It increasingly feels as though we are approaching an “anybody but the incumbent” moment — a revival of the familiar “change” mantra.

The atmosphere is strikingly reminiscent of the build‑up to Goodluck Jonathan’s defeat, when frustration with insecurity and governance paved the way for Buhari’s rise.

The electorates will decide the choice just like they did in 2023

I see no reason why Nigeria should not welcome ANY form of help to arrest the security situation whether its from US, AU, UN, NATO or Avengers

The insecurity has to be curbed cos this is no longer a North problem its here in Kwara

Even Remi will not follow Tinubu to campaign if this continues.

Foreign assistance is needed asap as obviously Nigeria can't curtail these monsters. They have infiltrated everywhere in our forces.

Spy360:
Daddy GO has made some small effort to come out of his perceived hypocrisy. But more is still required. You cannot be collecting tithe every Sunday and can't open your mouth to condemn the deaths of your members.
Airmark

Why can't Adeboye qestion the denial of Christian Genocide by the government like he did in 2020?

Is he OK that his members are dying enmass because they are going to heaven?

I called him out earlier for his hypocrisy. I have also hailed him for speaking out 'a little' . He needs to do more. Even here it seems he is more interested in protecting Tinubu than his dying members
