The question is, why did the woman accuse her husband in the first place and how was it determined that she lied? I am not holding brief for anyone, but the police should investigate this thoroughly as it could be a case of the woman retracting her accusations because she is being threatened by her in-laws.

It was just a sarcasm that won't plant any seed.

Look, except for schemers, no-one can predict who he or she will fall in love with and marry. That's why in spite all the inter tribal slurs, a Yoruba man will still marry an Igbo girl and vice versa.

Hymen intact is not even a real thing. And by that I mean it’s not a real measure of sexual abuse or not. There must be penetration for sexual abuse to have happened. The original post was plain dumb. Genevieve was right.

From my own observation, I won't blame the women. The Bible tells us that the woman is a weaker vessel. She seeks love and approval from the man, so if for years her trust has been betrayed and she has not been loved enough or protected by her man, she tends to fight back in self defense.

This is exactly the case with our women.

No man is more man than myself, and I understand that generation upon generation of traditions that have relegated women and denied them of privileges like inheritance, justice and freedom of expression has planted the fear in their psych, and believe me, that is not in the perfect will of God.
