Even if we don't check ... let's not believe our blood pressure is normal because who is not without stress? Stress raises blood pressure. Even Ned with his billions is stressed and likely has problems with HBP. With men ... worse ...because of alcohol intake ... and even worst ... consuming energy drinks. Let's try to stay away from energy drinks in particular... alcohol and salt in our foods. I know of a welder who works from morning till 10pm everyday. At times he even works on Sundays.......I just pity his wife and children.

Have you really dealt with serious worries and serious issues of anxiety before? How do you "free yourself" from problems that wake you up from sleep every night!? Most times it's impossible.. Let's be realistic here..

The best way to deal with certain problems is to make sure they don't come your way. Because if they eventually do, they are like hunchback.., like shadows. They will follow you around everywhere. Even as you sleep.

Family problem. Marriage pressure. Overthinking. Bad wife. Leads to man's heart attack.

Like how many hours after taking pictures of him did they remember to take him to the hospital?

In Nigeria if someone slumps the only thing we Nigerians can do is pull out our camera phones to snap picture or video.

We supposed to immediately render first aid and continue until the person reaches qualified medical professionals or hospital.

First aid is to check for person's breathing and if they still breathing to put him a recovery position before taking next steps of trying to get medical advice to revive or transport to a hospital.

Even if there's no breathing or pulse first aider can attempt resuscitation by doing mouth to mouth with chest compressions or at the least chest compressions until medics can take over.
