I read somewhere that ISWAP has a sniper who has been a torn in the flesh of Nigerian troops. But it appears that on our side I don’t think we have such teams in our army and police units . I have a feeling that the reasons might be in connected with a rogue sniper turning his deadly weapon against the state like taking out the President. Is that the reason why we don’t have a sniper squad. |
