It is fairly obvious that Nnamdi Kanu is seriously afraid of the consequences of his terrorist activities for which he is on trial. In view of the effect of s.266 (1) (a) ACJA 2015 the proceedings went on in his absence and Judgment is ongoing as we speak. It remains to be seen what he intends to argue on appeal!! Ndigbo are not telling themselves the truth about Nnamdi Kanu in this matter or are scared to do so and that is quite sad.
