BlueRayDick:I hope you got my response correctly. I said it is wiser to use a lawyer. However that is on the premise that justice will actually be done. Whether he agitated or not, if the body language is set at declaring him guilty, it won't stop the ruling. So it's better to agitate so that he won't go down silent. If you're going to argue whether the judge would not set at declaring him guilty, don't waste your time. Didn't you see how our PEPT and Supreme Court sold out people's mandate in the electoral panel? |

izzou:If you're in his place, when they pass a unlawful judgement on you like sentence you to death, take a bow and say, as my lord pleases'. If you do otherwise, then you're just being silly |

Judges excuse themselves from the show of shame at the judicial council https://x.com/ruffydfire/status/1991208536425263537?t=_SzQdcNmt2wHirGMxJf46A&s=19 Raumdeuter will just be defending rubbish 😂. Always being disgraced because he supports evil |

Spy360:1) They haven't passed any judgement yet 2) He did not submit his closing statement, and the judge has to deliver the judgment today. The judge dismissed it and Kanu is saying he has no right to, but he didn't submit it. He should go and rest. I wonder when barking in a court changes your conviction |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 11:42am On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:For where? The judge even begged him to use counsel of senior lawyers like Kanu Agabi, he declined. The fact that he was always unruly in court sef will count against him. |

Spy360:I think u should try and follow the judgement on Channels TV Live streaming on Youtube. The judge alleged this man refused to call defense witness who would have made his defense strong. How can he refuse to open defence and then turn around to claim the court is bent on declaring him guilty ? Let me tell u the truth; Kanu is showing signs of madness with how he has handled this case. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 11:47am On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:Look at how the DSS was begging him to leave the court room. He was just shouting and cursing. There's no courtroom on earth where that would be allowed. No one. I don't blame him at all. He's now a hero, courtesy of Buhari. His case now looks like persecution too, when you see how terrorists from the north are pampered. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 11:49am On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:The Judge even tried to be lenient sef. When he was saying rubbish, the judge stopped him, and told his sacked lawyers to help him out. He even was willing to allow them sit near him, Incase he needed any help presenting his case. After everything, he didn't let the judge talk. Just dey shout. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 11:51am On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:I also have issues with how Buhari held him for long without convicting him. The whole thing made it look like he was being persecuted when in fact he is supposed to be made to answer for his crime of inciting violence and destabilizing the eastern part of the country. |

Extraordinary rendition 1. Kenyan court says it is illegal 2. Court of Appeal said it is illegal 3. Supreme Court said it is illegal 4. United Nations Human Rights Council Working Group said it is illegal @ Izzou |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 12:01pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:The Prosecution and Defence arguments was mostly based on technicality "Dismiss this motion, don't dismiss this motion" People who have died because of his reckless statements have suddenly been forgotten, courtesy of Buhari |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:04pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:That's why it's good to bark instead of going down in silence especially when the judge is a rogue. Judge that Wike holds his nudes |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:04pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:Buhari messed up on all fronts; that's why I just shake my head when I see people trying to whitewash him. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:05pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:Are you insinuating that he has a genuine defense if he had used his lawyers? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:06pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:There are reports that those DSS guys attached to him are sympathetic with him. They know the truth |

BlueRayDick:Are you aware that the Appeal Court declared him discharged and acquitted? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:10pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:This matter has been heard before and he was discharged and acquitted. How this matter is still ongoing is questionable That is why he submitted no defense |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by izzou(m): 12:10pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
Spy360:It depends on what they are charging him for, again |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:16pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
Spy360:No, I'm not. I'm saying he didn't make an attempt to defend himself after telling the court he would be doing so without the help of his lawyers. He discarded the advice of the judge and that of his legal counsel. He then proceed to be unruly in court without actually putting up a defence. If he had allowed his lawyers do their jobs, he may have a chance by them presenting a superior argument to that of the prosecution team. He has thrown away his chance of presenting his case like a reasonable and civil person. Whatever judgement the court passes today, Kanu deserves it for how he has conducted himself |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:22pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
izzou:Same trial na. No be IPOB matter again? |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:23pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
Spy360:This matter has been treated already. Appeal court discharged him but did not acquit him. The appeal court ruled on a single issue of rendition and discharged him on the basis that his rendition was illegal. FG appealed that decision at the supreme court and the supreme court overturned the decision of the appeal court. You can check and confirm this urself. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:23pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:So I don't get how you're bothered about whether he agitated in court or not. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:26pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
Spy360:Who says I'm bothered? I passed a commentary that with the way things are going he will be sentenced to prison because he chose not to use legal counsel but chose to be acting drama in the court room. How does that translate to me being bothered he is throwing away his lifeline? ![]() |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:26pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:The SC acknowledged that the rendition was illegal, siding with the decision of the Appeal Court. Isn't that enough to let him go. Why start the trial afresh unless there is a grand plan to nail him. |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by Spy360(m): 12:26pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
BlueRayDick:I am sorry, I don't get you. If his agitations will not affect the decision of the court, and you sincerely think he is guilty. So who cares if he shouts in court or keeps silent. For me it's better to shout o 😂 That's how chickens do because they know they will still die. So let the world know that they protested at least |
| Re: EPL Chatroom - All Discussions by BlueRayDick: 12:31pm On Nov 20, 2025 |
Spy360:What does this even mean? ![]() They should let him go because Spy360 says so? Initially you claimed he was discharged and acquitted, now that u know he wasn't acquitted u switch to asking why they didn't let him go . U are funny aswear. You see why I ask u to follow the judgement like I'm currently doing on Channels live stream? The Judge has already quoted relevant case laws that the manner of his rendition doesn't affect the trial in any way. He didn't put in defense despite having several opportunities to do so. He has laid his bed, the judge will soon make him lie on it. It's only a matter of time. Stay Jiggy! |
