The hypocrisy and propensity of this Buhari-Tinubu political continuum to adopt lies and deception as a tool of governance stinks to high heavens. This is the same sets of people who visited the US, UK and other European capitals and mounted unrelenting campaign to isolate and demarket the Goodluck Jonathan government based on lies.

Elements in the Tinubu government, starting with VP Shettima, are known founders and funders of the terror Boko Haram / ISWAP groups. They lobbied US government to block sale of weapons and military hardware to fight the insurgents. The GEJ govt was so focused in defeating the terrorists, they resorted to use of mercenaries, and were actually achieving results until the known sponsors El-Rufai, Kashim Shettima and Buhari himself took over power in 2015. They then gave the Islamic terrorists free hand to wreck destruction on Christian communities at a scale never seen before with particular ferocity in Benue, Plateau and Southern Kaduna.
