They do not play by the rules even in lagos.

Very very dodgy people. But of course being enabled by ogas at the top
I always look at them with jaundice eyes since they constructed that Iba bridge and the bridge caved in even before the project was commissioned. They didn't channel the water under the bridge well and the water eat out the bed of the soil till it gave way.

That road was one road they did a lot of trial and error on it before getting it right. The rumor back then was that Tinubu brought them from China so even if Fashola wanted to cancel their contract for incompetency, he couldn't.

I guess they later gained ground in naija after that project.

There's already injustice.

Because while the right thing is make Kanu pay for his crimes, we have the ones up north being rehabilitated and enrolled into the Army.

Whatever verdict given today is right, but then there's still injustice
It's sad and worrisome the kind of precedents these Govts are setting.

You want to prosecute someone of such high profile, do that through the right channel and not extraditing him illegally and you expect him to accept the outcome of illegal court that has lost the trust of the people due to it's selective judgment?

When you come after me through illegal means, don't blame me when I defy your court proceedings.

So many things are wrong with this man trials and it's sad we have society that will rather pamper, pay ransom and give chieftaincy titles to bandits and boko haram doing this to a man who did something way less than the terrorists.

No.

They should hang him so that y'all will be happy and satisfied, and we the others will rest from this madness hopefully.

Yes they should

He has the blood of enough people on his hands

He is the reason no one is working in the east on monday

He inspired and incited a militia that has held the whole area to ransom

If that's your hero it is what is

I hope they put the same efforts on bandits, boko haram and kidnapers ravaging our societies, killing, ransacking, kidnapping and disrupting the peace of the society if not, it amounts to greatest injustice ever.

One day, this forced marriage will be dissolved and it will be televised globally through the length and breadth of the world.
Thank you.

Sunday Igboho that was caught with weapons is free. 😂

I hope they hang MNK so that all the terrorism will end.

I hope he is hanged so that your misinformation fed by tribalistic propaganda will find some respite. Perhaps all the terrorism will end.

And Sunday Igboho will face his own trials too.

At least the family of Dr Chike Akunyili, the family of the soldier lady who was taking her fiancee to the family and thousands of families who lost their beloved ones on the orders of Kanu will get justice

Hanging him will be less worse than shooting that Dr Akunyili in public or the soldier lady who was raped and beheaded

What are the propaganda or what tribalism led to the killing of these people

The problem with selective justice is that it creates a case for characters that are very much deserving of the sentence they received.

If Nnamdi Kanu is where a line gets drawn in the sand for all acts of terrorism, then so be it...I won't be holding my breath tho.

That's just it.

The only problem is the selective justice. The one that bombed a building and other acts got 20 years, of which he has served 8.

If Kanu is to die, there should be no case for rehabilitating any terrorist, or negotiating with bandits

At least it will be on record that he was sentenced to prison like any of the previous secessionists and trouble makers.

If Tinubu then decides to pardon him, I guess he will have to contend with families of those that died in the violence incited by Kanu.

Kanu's case is a case of the side effects of pampering crime.

When he was in Kenya, his atrocities were still fresh. Even the people defending him now, were not defending him then. In prison, he started this Sit at Home, which has turned to something else.

The same way that BH was pampered with rehabilitation. Today, we have Bandits collecting ransoms.

Always learn to set examples early. No matter how brutal, set it.

There's obviously no justice on this matter. Tinubu will definitely release him, because the whole SE politicians will go and negotiate.

I spit on the whole case!

Fortunately the law doesn't work that way.
Mi6 and even the FBI can come to your country and carry you and when they get you to their country, they will try you on those laws and get you convicted

Apart from that, if you commit a crime and it's established, whatever process is used to catch you is legal, even if you think it's illegal

save it in your left hand

At least we can take solace in the fact that Tinubu didn't continue to hold him in detention while subjecting him to media trial like Buhari did for years. That was how Dasuki's case was dragged for years without making any reasonable headway.

I hope after this case they will fast track Emefiele's case as well. There's no need holding an accused for years if you have evidence he committed whatever crime you have charged him to court for.

I think he made remarks of burning Lagos state. I don't know if it was before he was arrested, or while in prison

Roped? He was on record to have made inciting commentary on the protests na.

The protests had nothing to do with him and the IPOB agenda, but the moment the protests became violent he was recorded to have made inciting remarks. The judge read some of those comments out and said some of the places he mentioned for destruction were actually destroyed.

I think he roped himself if u ask me. He talks too much and was not remorseful till the very end.

He deserves what he got abeg.
