“The only Sentence That Can Be Applied To Nnamdi Kanu is the d+ath Penalty”— Prosecutor Chief Awomolo,SAN

“The court has ruled that for counts 1 to 6, the only sentence that can be applied to Nnamdi Kanu is the death penalty,” prosecutor chief Awomolo, SAN, declared during the live court session.

He added that the judge had considered all evidence presented and found it sufficient to warrant the maximum punishment under the law. according to the prosecutor, this verdict came after detailed review of kanu’s alleged involvement in the charges, and the court emphasized that there was no room for mitigating factors on these counts.

During the live session, kanu was seen reacting strongly to the announcement, with court officials struggling to maintain order as he objected to the ruling, claiming he was denied the opportunity to adequately defend himself

He is absolutely right.
There are only 2 ways he can get out.

His disciples should sponsor a jail break as there are no maximum security in Nigerian jails given the number of Jailbreaks that happened in the past 5 years.
Or Nigerians vote a President possibly of igbo extraction that will add Nnamdi Kanu presidential pardon among his manifesto if elected.
I will advise the lawyer to avoid Biafraland anytime he wants to travel except he has good security details

What were people expecting?
So unfortunate they allowed the case drag this long.
How long did it take the Finish government to sentence Ekpa.
Instead of his lawyers to address issues, they were busy distracting the courts.
His free to appeal , but he should calm down and address issues objectively.

He was given the chance to defend himself at the FHC, he refused, he has nothing to present at the appeal court because he failed to defend himself at the FHC

Buhari and his cabinet were wise since 2015 to have avoided sentencing him but were doing of and on with him even though all the judges then were northerners. But Tinubu thinks life ends after yoruba rule finish. He has shown that the leaders and people of SE doesnt matter upon all the appeal.

Tinubu is wiser than the wisest human. The sentence is for negotiation. South East should provide 5 million votes for Tinubu in 2027, and on the swearing in day, Tinubu will announce amnesty for him. SIMPLE
