But it turned bloody because the leader is hot a headed and arrogant man, who think he is at war with Nigeria...and if any of his own people disagrees, he should be put to death. Smh. How they got to the level being armed is what confuses me. And the moment they got the funds and arms, he became extrememly ruthless.

If not for the mercies of God, I would have been caught in the crossfire many bloody times in 2021-2022 both against those boys and Nigerian soldiers. I know young promising boys that lost their lives, people displaced. Orlu till today haven't recovered, the once bubbling town is now a shadow of itself. Many communities in the neighbouring LGA Orsu and Njaba practically became war zones and people deserted their homeland. There's nothing like becoming the worse version of what you're claiming to fight.

I feel your pain but given the number of people that openly support Nnamdi Kanu, you might want to be careful about saying anything against him in public especially when you are at home or even people that know you and can link your people at home

I hope this is the beginning of the long process of healing the East needs to get rid of the Kanus supporters and especially the ideology he ingrained in people in the past 10yrs where human beings think killing their fellow towns man is okay because of some grievances against govt but dont be deceived, there are still a lot of people who see NK as a saint and now they might even be lashing out at those they see as saboteurs
