I thought this was a 2025 thread and I planned replying, if you think that radio station is bad now, then you didn't listen to it in 205-2016. Only to see the date of the thread. Radio Biafra was filled with insults. MNK was the anchor then and he was very insulting. That man has HOT TEMPER. Threats of violence and whatnot. I shuddered at how he insulted his followers and just anyone. If you call and do not sound vicious enough, he would insult you and cut you off. I cant remember which year it was, but I PHYSICALLY witnessed one of their protests during my visit home. They targeted GTBank and destroyed everything they could lay hands on because it is a "Yoruba bank". The ATMs, the glasses, signage, anything. After the protest, that branch of GTB was closed for a while and switched from glass walls to concrete upon reopening. Let's not support wrong because it is one of our own. They are doing in the North doesn't mean we should join. Even worse we are our own victims. Physical, economic and security victims. There is really no way to have a peaceful secession, but I am quite convinced there has to be a way that won't lead to bloodsheds in current times. Anyone supporting his MO doesn't know the full effects of war. I have an uncle who my dad didn't see. He was enlisted as a child and never returned. |

Any serious person would understand the value of planning in secret and the advantage of working in the shadows. Kanu should have just been the face of the movement to gather masses but sadly, he seems like the defacto leader. My imagination jhus dey go wild... |

PepeXKermit:oga Shekau was the most wanted terrorist in Nigeria and West Africa...during his reign of terror, he didn't control d entire North....imagine Shekau telling northerners not to come out on Monday, that if they do they'll be killed.... That's the exact thing kanu and Simon Ekpa did in the southeast.... |

And 10 years later, Nigeria is still staying while poster is....? Op are u just waking up, the fg for long is fully aware of the movement, they only threading with caution Cos the as it is now any taming on that guy will trigger a civil war which Nigeria can't afford right now plus they have thousands of members in over 80 countries who are ready to shake the world with protest and make the fg look stupid if it dare tries any onslaught on the Biafrans. |

pocohantas:I was surprised at his display in court, slapping lawyers about, talking to his own lawyers like trash, cursing out judges. He doesn't even fit the bill of a leader. Leaders ate usually calm, collected and very calculative He would have walked off yesterday with at most 10-15years of which he had already served about 6yrs. Only if he allowed his lawyers to enter defence. Guess all of this is not a surprise to you that have known him since 2015 |

parags:And how many terrorists has been jailed for life? Who are the terrorists in Nigeria? All the defenders of Islamic terrorists in Nigeria, what has happened to any one of them? Have they done better or worse than Nnamdi Kanu has done? I don't know what is our fear in this country? Is it fear for life? Life that you don't even really have. If them born you well make you travel interstate now from whatever region you are to another! Is that you life you are fearing for? You claim to support justice but turn a blind eye at immense injustices going on. People like you won't speak against the church killings that we have all seen. If not for the video, you people will say it's a propaganda. Even some are saying that already inspite of the hard evidence. The monster we norture today will grow to consume us tomorrow... |

We now know the leader of all terrorist group is Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu will now start wearing a uniform that has the colour of one football club in London instead of his white Fendi. |

Here in Onitsha, extra judiciary killing was common during the era of Bakassi. But in the month of June, over 3 armed robbers have been burnt in the street of Obosi. I'm not supporting armed robbers, my point is, this Kanu guy is having a disturbing influence on his followers. This commenter saw tomorrow |

hitler had followers so am not surprised by the response of his sympathizers. those that have never experience real chaos think its a child play, if you have never being shot at you wont under how much your life mean to you. his incarceration should be a lesson that any just cause should be done legitimately and within the ambit of the law. it very sadden that his followers fall so low to compare him with bandits and fulanis, he his suppose to be a freedom fighter, a hero no a mere terrorist, they should be happy he was not shot like a common criminal, they should bask in the fact that he has his life and can still lead them at some point in life but now those who bear the brunt of his wrath should get at least some form of justices. |

pocohantas:I have been wondering since yesterday what the man did to warrant such sentence but now I know. Thank you for sharing My own concern is why is same punishment or even worse not given to caught bandits but rather they are rehabilitated and sent back to the society. |
