Having many children was the norm, and even now, many developed nations leaders wish that their women have more and more children. Even China has thrown away its one child rules.

As for Nigeria, if we were an industrial nation, instead of the nation where we dey share oil money and take more loans to share the money, the large populations in the North and parts of the South would be an asset. Education would be something people would want to get a job working in the growing industrial sector.
