Sanwo-Olu Commissions 233 Housing Units At Abraham Adesanya, Ajah by Lanrelagboi(op): 5:20pm On Nov 21, 2025

Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu today commissioned 233 Housing Units at Abraham Adesanya Housing Estate, Ajah.

This project is a joint venture real estate development by Lagos State Government and Urban Shelter LTD.

The estate was built on 3.7 hectares of land in the fully functional Abraham Adesanya Housing Estate along the Lekki-Epe expressway.

this kain news is sopose to b a good news but no it is rather annoying cos these houses has already been shared among themselves , a regular citizen can not even get any allocation even if he can afford it , and this is supposedly built by state’s wealth

This is a state with a governor, since Tinubu. OPC, one chance, oshodi urchins, bank robbers, endsars influencers all reared their ugly heads at different points but were put in the bin.
No clueless security votes receipts, only showing workings of vision.
The FG should stop giving security votes or make it transparent and open for all to see. Governors must sit up. The north and recently southeast must be made to stop holding Nigeria to ransom. Making money from Lagos and Southsouth to share security votes to clueless and visionless politicians must stop. Open up the state police option already, perhaps with a 10 year window.

233 Housing an average Nigeria can’t afford to rent.

We dig borehole to provide clean water ourselves
We built house for ourselves
We provide electricity for ourselves
We established a business to earn a living for ourselves

You government provide absolutely nothing for us and yet una wan dey tax us from January..
we are really suffering and smiling in this fvcking country

Lagos with land scarcity should be aiming for high rises to house her populace.

Building of low density houses in a mega city of 20 million is an utter waste of scarce land

2 bedroom is 85million naira. It will take a civil servant on level 14 about 30 years to finish paying if he uses all his salary to pay every month

One 2 or 3 bedroom apartment per civil servant.

Higher level civil servants can even secure Two 3 bedroom apartment in the same estate..
