nothing in that proposal is a negative for the us.
absolutely nothing. which is premium bs when they are a warring party.
everyone cannot make painful concessions -- russia, ukraine, europe; while washington makes bank and get most of what they want.
the audacity to propose that $100B of seized russian funds will be sent to a reconstruction fund managed by the us and they will take 50% of the profits. after killing russians.
the rest, $200b+ will also be sent to a joint us-russian fund from which they will inevitably profit.

meanwhile china is just supposed to look at all of them cutting deals and trying to resurrect the transatlantic containment strategy.
i get that it will be poetic if china is cut out after xi refused to go all in on russia's side like the us did for ukraine, but this lame proposal ain't it.
all eyes on the kremlin.

I do not understand the US mentality. The idea that you started a war through your proxies, then go ahead to act like a peacekeeper and impose peace is ridiculous. Russia will not accept to this.

I can see many points in this list that Russia will not agree to, because they are not in line with the objectives of the SMO.

I didn't see words such as ''neutrality'' or ''European security comprehensive architecture'', in the whole points. Also, Russia will never allow for their funds used to build Ukraine. If they will agree to it, it will be in `Russia's discretion.

Winners dictate the terms, not losers.

Point number 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, and 27 becomes unnecessary if there is a European security architecture that includes Russia, instead of Nato that protects one part of Europe and leave out Russia, making confrontation likely in the future.

Also Russia will never allow foreign troops to be in Ukraine under any pretext such as peace keepers, security guarantors, monitoring or whatever. Russia understands it is a ploy to grant access to Ukraine to restart the war later.

The west do not want to accept that they lost this war (since it will cascade to the loss of hegemony). Just watch, Russia will reject this list. Its foolery.

The ''comprehensive European security architecture'' that Putin have been screaming to create before starting the war was ignored, and this plan didn't even mention it. Without a security architecture that includes Russia, this list will be discarded.

The list also make it seems like Russia is an aggressor and Ukraine the victim. goodluck Trump, lets see if Putin will agree to this.
