The heat in Sokoto is second to none starting from January ending. It has to be experienced to be understood.
That is the period when by 09.00 hours In the morning the blazing sun is already overhead. And then the swarm of flies in the daytime and then the mosquitoes in the night.
This is what Kanu's unruly behaviour has brought him. The unbearable heat,the flies and mosquitoes in that environment will ultimately humble and break him.
