As a Christian, death is a door, and is not something to be afraid of, after we die, we go to be with the Lord.

Jesus conquered death for our sake, so we may have life and have it abundantly. God created us in his image and to have eternal life.

So i have faith that we are going to a beautiful world after death

Let me attempt to explain why there is an amazing life after death, the evidence is found very clearly only with Jesus, the shroud of turin.

To understand why the shroud of turin is important, we have to ask, how was that image created and when. And can the process be reproduced with human technology. Scientist have attempted to create this image of a man on a cloth. They have tried printing it and discovered even using printers required so much energy, that cannot be supplied using our energy sources. It required a lot of power and the flash of light has to be within a short time in order not to destroy the fabric. Looking at the cloth you would not see a a lot of information, but in a dark room and viewing the cloth from other spectrum of light, you can see more information that is in 3d format.

If the information is in three 3d form, it means to produce that image you cannot use a 2d printer, you need an object or a person that would be rapped in cloth and then that person or object will release a lot of energy within Nano seconds. And using current dating technology, that cloth is dated to have being in existence for more than 1500 years or 1800 years ( due to poor collection for samples the cloth was not dated to exactly Jesus time, samples were collected from the edges, it was known that the cloth was maintained by attaching new pieces when it was affected by fire)

From carrying tests on the fabric, they found plant remains that only grow around Israel. They also discovered Jewish writings on the cloth that talks about Jesus.

So, to cut the story short, let me explain what happened. On the third day after Jesus was laid in the tomb, probably before the sun came out during the dawn. When the Lord Spirit came back to the body to transform his body to a new type of physical body that cannot die or perish. within nano seconds, an intense bright light of great energy flashed, and the image of his body was imprinted into that cloth. Jesus phased out of that cloth, his body can move through solid. After Peter was informed that Jesus is alive and he went back to the tomb, he saw the fabric still wrapped or still coiled as if Jesus body disappeared from the cloth without the fabric been unwrapped.

If you really want to be sure of life after death, just go and research on the shroud of turin, i can't explain all the details, but it will blow your mind and you just have to prepare for eternal life.

Well For the Christian religious folks it either heaven or hell , for others I don't know.
Everyone has a belief system subconsciously governing them, for the Christians the fear of hell frightens them to behave morally upright.
But there's no prove that heaven or hell exists , because if the body dies , then the spirit departs from the body , making the body an empty vessel. A spirit outside a body flows up air, it doesn't follow the laws of gravity , a spirit is similar to air precisely , it cannot hold it cannot feel , it cannot touch like a active human body can , so if hell was real how then do you explain fire burning a spirit , since the body is left back on earth , it doesn't make any sense.


In the other the concept of wether heaven or hell is real is purely theoretical , there's also no prove that heaven exists , some brainwashed Christian folks would say heaven is in the sky or above the earth , that's gibberish, backed up with no scientific accuracy or data.

But to answer your question , I don't think anyone fully understands the concept of death but I do to an extent , you see death just like time is an illusion, it's not real , there are traditional ways you can communicate with the dead which leaves you with only more curiosity that if death was actually real why then can we communicate with the dead.

I for one think when one dies , there's a switch between 2 worlds which are the ( physical and spiritual world)

so when one dies , he/she goes into the spirits world , now the spirits world is complex unlike the physical world , no one can describe what the spirit world looks like , even people that have died and came back , they didn't enter into the spirit world , you can't return once Ur in the spirit world.
Whatever happens in the spirit world stays in the spirit world but then there's reincarnation so can come back to earth as a human , animal or any living thing. The circle continues until God get bored and pulls the plug I guess.

We have never seen a soul.
Yet, we universally know and talk about souls.
We only see the body die, not the soul part of a person.
Therefore, the soul must be an invisible, immortal part of us that continues after the body dies.( just like gravity we know it’s there and as been there from the beginning of time but can not see it)

This is the core of the mind body dualism argument, famously proposed by the philosopher René Descartes. He argued that the mind (or soul) is a non physical substance distinct from the physical body.
