As the year begins to wind down, we at Kiyosetcode Tech Company have taken time to reflect on how far we’ve come. 2025 has been a remarkable year of growth, lessons, and accomplishments for our entire team. This year, we worked on 30+ website projects across different industries, supported brands with social media management, and helped startup founders and investors bring their ideas to life through functional digital solutions. Every project pushed us to improve, innovate, and deliver better results. We’re grateful to everyone who trusted our team — including clients who discovered us right here on Nairaland. Your support and belief in our work played a huge role in our progress, and we don’t take it for granted. As we move towards 2026, we’ll be documenting our journey more intentionally — sharing our experiences, challenges, behind-the-scenes processes, and the realities of building a tech company in Nigeria. Our hope is that others can learn, grow, or even get inspired from what we share. If your business, brand, or startup needs a clean, responsive, and professionally developed website, you can reach our team directly on WhatsApp: 09157043763. Here’s to more growth, more creativity, and more solutions. The journey continues.

Update on one of our ongoing projects: I pulled an entire all-nighter on this website. No breaks, no sleep, just me, my laptop, and the build. I spent the night completing the login and signup flow from both the UI/UX side and the backend, making sure every interaction feels smooth, intuitive, and reliable. Most of the hours went into debugging, tightening the server logic, testing requests, fixing edge-case issues, and refining the user experience until everything worked exactly the way it should. One of those deep-focus nights where you look up and it’s already morning, but the progress made is worth every minute. Still building. Still improving. 🚀👨💻🔥 If you need a website crafted with this level of detail, both in web development and UI/UX design, feel free to reach out. Kiyosetcode5:

Kiyosetcode5:Success in the early hours! I've been up since 11:30 PM working through a particularly complex feature for a client. We just finished integrating the Python data processing pipeline with the PHP-based task management API. It's incredibly satisfying when two of your favorite languages mesh perfectly to solve a tough problem. Now that the integration is solid, it's finally time to log off at 1:38AM.

Kiyosetcode5:🚀 Building Something Simple, Efficient, and Powerful Over the past few days, I’ve been working on a project that brings together two important parts of modern development: 🔹 A lightweight REST API (PHP) that manages and serves data — in this case, a clean task-management backend with simple endpoints that handle storage, retrieval, and ID generation. 🔹 An automated backup system (Python) that creates timed snapshots, compresses directories, organizes them with timestamps, and automatically removes older versions to keep everything clean and safe. This combination creates a smooth, dependable workflow that keeps data accessible while ensuring files are always backed up securely. I’m building this as part of a client project, and it’s been a great opportunity to blend backend logic with practical DevOps-style automation. Still refining everything, but I’m excited about how it’s coming together. 💡 If you’re into backend development, automation, or efficient mini-systems, I’ll be sharing more updates soon! Need a complex website, a custom backend, or building a startup from scratch? Let’s connect — I’d be happy to help bring your idea to life.

Kiyosetcode5:We’re excited to share a milestone: we’re building a brand-new website for a former public servant who’s launching an NGO—and the project is going beautifully. From the start the client loved our concept and visual direction, so after his approval we moved straight into development. Right now we’re turning that approved design into a fully functioning, secure site — the process has been smooth and collaborative, and the site will be going live soon. What we’re implementing for this NGO (examples of what we deliver on projects like this): * Responsive, mobile-first design so visitors have a great experience on phones, tablets and desktop. * Easy-to-use content management (CMS) so staff can update news, programs and stories without developer help. * Donation & payments integration to safely accept one-time and recurring gifts. * Volunteer sign-up forms, event calendar and contact/office location pages. * Accessibility best-practices (helping the site meet WCAG basics) so it’s usable by more people. * Basic SEO, analytics and social link integration so the organisation can grow its reach. * SSL, routine security checks and performance tuning so the site is reliable and fast. A big thank-you to our client for trusting us with this important work — collaborating with people who want to make a difference is why we do what we do. Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone! 🎄 If you’re thinking about a website for your brand, project or organisation, DM us on WhatsApp and let’s talk — we’ll help you plan, design and build something you’ll be proud of.

Kiyosetcode5:Looking back at last year, I’m incredibly proud of some of the websites we had the opportunity to work on. Each project came with its own story, challenges, and rewarding moments. • Offshore Company Website One of our key projects was for an offshore company, where we focused on building a strong digital presence that reflected reliability, professionalism, and global reach. • Construction & Building Company We also worked with a construction and building company, creating a website that showcased their strength, expertise, and projects in a clear and impactful way—bringing their brand to life online. • Marketing Agency Website Redesign One of the most exciting experiences was collaborating with a major marketing agency. We held several board meetings to present the new website vision and design direction. Seeing their reaction and excitement as we revealed the new look was truly rewarding and unforgettable. • Airport Logistics Company Website Another standout project was for an airport logistics company. This wasn’t just about visuals—it was a highly operational website designed to support real business processes. A challenging yet incredibly fulfilling experience from start to finish. These are just some of the projects we worked on—there are many more that will be shared and updated here over time. Grateful for the trust, collaboration, and lessons each of these projects brought. If you need a website for your business, feel free to DM us — we’d love to work with you. 🚀

Kiyosetcode5:We recently landed a client from a big international foreign agency brand that offers services like brand identity, strategy, and more 🌍✨ They actually reached out to us on TikTok, which made this collaboration even more exciting. They came in with a clear goal: improve their website with stronger SEO, while making sure it looks professional but still very playful. We took time to truly understand their taste, vision, and goals, and then cooked up a design that perfectly balances clean professionalism with vibrant, playful energy. The result? They absolutely loved the bold use of color and the fun feel without losing credibility. The project kicked off strong, and the payment after the design phase was huge, received through a dollar account, which made it even more rewarding 💼💰. The client was so happy with the outcome that we also discussed referrals, and now we’re officially moving into the development phase. We can’t wait to get this website live 🚀 Every website we deliver has a story behind its success, and this is just another one we’re proud of. 👉 If you need a website for your startup or brand, let’s build something impactful together.

Kiyosetcode5:Recently, I got a new client who reached out to have a website built for their agency. After discussing the scope of the project and agreeing on the requirements, the first installment has been made and work has officially started. At the moment, the project is in the UX/UI design phase. This stage involves planning the structure of the website, mapping out user flow, and designing interfaces that are easy to navigate and visually appealing. The goal is to ensure that the website is not only good-looking but also functional and user-friendly before moving into full development. This phase is very important because it helps define how users will interact with the site and ensures that everything is properly thought through from the beginning. As work continues, more progress will be made step by step until the project is completed.

Kiyosetcode5:A few weeks ago, my team and I successfully completed and launched the official website for Afro Radio fm, and the client was super impressed with the outcome. We built the platform from scratch and added some solid features, including: • 🎵 Live Afro music streaming directly from the website • 📰 News/blog section where they can post updates anytime • 📱 Fully responsive design (works smoothly on mobile & desktop) • ⚡ Fast loading and clean user interface The goal was to create a platform where listeners can enjoy Afro vibes while also staying updated with latest news and announcements — all in one place. It was a great project to work on, and we’re proud of how it turned out.

I’m conducting an academic research study on “Salary Review Practices and Employee Experience in Nigerian Start-ups”, and I need responses from employees working in Nigerian start-ups (or if you know someone in the sector, you can share it with them). The survey is short, anonymous, and strictly for academic purposes. The research is purely for academic purposes and aims to generate insights that may also be valuable to start-ups in understanding employee motivation, retention, and compensation practices within the Nigerian context. Kindly help by completing it and sharing it with others who may qualify. Thank you sincerely. Here is the link >>> https:///WLbhKqYbCDhFxrK3A |

Hi everyone, I know I haven’t been very active here for the past few weeks, and I just wanted to share why. Over the last couple of months, my team and I have been fully focused on building two startup ideas that we believe will be genuinely useful for businesses of all sizes, from small vendors to medium and large companies. It’s been a demanding process, but also a very exciting one. We’ve spent a lot of time refining the user experience and interface to make sure everything is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. On the backend side, we’ve put strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and security to ensure it can handle real business needs. I’m really excited to say that we’ll be launching the first of these startups this April. At the same time, we’ve also been working on several client projects, including websites and product ideas for different businesses. I’ll be sharing some of those works here as well. Looking forward to getting back to being more active and sharing more updates with you all. |

I recently worked on a website project for a marketing agency, and it was a really interesting experience. The agency works with well-known brands, so they wanted a design that reflects a high standard. Their main goal was to keep things minimalist, yet still visually striking and creative. I focused on a clean layout with subtle design elements that make the website stand out without feeling too busy. In the end, we achieved a result that aligned perfectly with their vision, and they were very satisfied with how it turned out. Always a good feeling bringing a client’s idea to life.

A few weeks ago, I got a client with a really interesting startup idea. He wanted to build his own song streaming platform, not just a basic one, but something more interactive and valuable for both listeners and artists. The platform goes beyond just streaming music. We’re talking about features like personalized recommendations based on listening habits, artist dashboards where creators can upload and manage their music, real-time analytics for streams and audience engagement, curated playlists, and even social features where users can follow artists, share songs, and discover what others are listening to. We also explored ideas like direct fan-to-artist support, exclusive content drops, and a system that helps upcoming artists get visibility without needing a big label behind them. The website is coming along really well. The design is clean and engaging, and we’re putting a lot of effort into making the experience smooth across both mobile and desktop. It’s been a really exciting project to work on, and I can’t wait to share more updates (and possibly a preview) soon.

Big update from the tech space 🚀 Kiyosetcode, a fast-rising tech company, is officially preparing to launch a new startup called ChatOps, and this one is looking like a game-changer for businesses that rely heavily on WhatsApp. The company is led by Alvan Esiaka, who is also the founder of ChatOps — and from what we’re seeing so far, this product is built to solve a very real and common problem. ❗ THE PROBLEM Many small businesses, vendors, and online sellers run their entire operations on WhatsApp: • Customer inquiries • Orders • Follow-ups • Payments But as messages increase, things start getting messy: ❌ Important messages get lost ❌ Orders are hard to track ❌ Customers are not organized ❌ Business owners keep scrolling endlessly 💡 THE SOLUTION — CHATOPS ChatOps is a smart system that turns normal WhatsApp chats into a fully organized business dashboard. We recently completed an eCommerce website for a client in the Ankara fashion space, and I thought to share it here. The platform is designed to make shopping easy and smooth — customers can browse different Ankara fabrics, view details clearly, and place orders without stress. It’s fully responsive, clean, and built with conversion in mind. This is the kind of system that helps fashion vendors move beyond just WhatsApp and Instagram, and actually run a proper online store that works 24/7. If you’re a fashion vendor or business owner looking to build something similar, you can reach out. I’d be glad to work with you. Let me know what you think 👇

I recently built a website for a construction company based in Lagos. The platform showcases their latest and past projects, highlights the heavy-duty machines they offer (including line trackers and other equipment), and gives potential clients a clear view of their partnerships with major dealerships. Beyond just visuals, the website is structured to improve their visibility on Google and strengthen their overall online presence — making it easier for clients to find and trust their brand. If your business still doesn’t have a strong online presence, you’re already behind. Feel free to reach out if you want something solid built for you.

Just closed a new web development project with a client 🚀 This one is for a full-service legal firm — they handle things like business registration, compliance, contracts, disputes, and general legal advisory for individuals and businesses. What I liked about them is how practical they are. No unnecessary grammar — just clear, professional work and helping clients actually solve problems. For this project, we’re not just building a normal “fine-looking” website. The goal is to make it a proper working tool for their business. The system will let them: * Update their services themselves (no calling developer every time) * Post legal content and insights * Manage and respond to client inquiries properly * Allow clients book appointments directly * Accept payments for consultations * Capture and manage leads * See analytics and user behavior * Be structured well for SEO Basically, they’ll be in full control of their platform. From my side, the focus is on: * Proper security (since it involves sensitive legal data) * Clean, scalable backend * Good analytics setup * SEO from the ground up * Smooth and professional user experience Because honestly, a serious law firm shouldn’t have a website that looks or works like an afterthought. It has to reflect trust and structure. Good way to round off the week. If you run a business and you want a website that actually does work (not just sit online), you can reach out.
