The middlebelt pastor whose church was burnt and members killed specifically asked for help from Trump.

Many Nigerians are on social media begging Trump for intervention.

We asked for it and we will get because local intervention has failed
Burob:
Who asked for the oyibo busy body criminals help?

Looking 👀 for which country to come & exploit their resources to fund the future of USA?

The times have changed. The North are no longer fully behind Tinubu. He knows that himself. Most of his supporters are beginning to turn against him.
Burob:
Go remove am, as if your votes count.

Na Supreme Court u go cry go to for help, The Supreme Court that is in Wike & Tinubu’s pocket?

There is nothing wrong with his comment. PO cannot be hiding in order not to be dragged be the enemies of Nigeria. Even when he keeps silent he will still be dragged for it.

Nevertheless, any well meaning president would have welcome Trump's assistance. Anyone who would not is working with the terrorist. The soldier that was killed last week was safe until he disclosed his location to fellow soldiers for rescue.

Anybody who wants nigeria should rise up now. All these online rats are Muslims and they know the agenda clearly. Don't be used.
I know being obedient erode the better part of the brain needed for critical thinking so I won't blame you but listen, can I wake up one day and tell you I'm invading your home because some IPOB terrorists are disturbing your peace and I'm coming wether you like it or not and with or without your consent? A very smart person will be sceptical and think twice before accepting such threats.
Trump didn't offer to help which would have been gladly accepted. He threatened to invade and said Nigeria won't like it as if the Nigerian Government is happy with the situation. Can China rise up tomorrow and threaten to invade the US because of killings going on every day through gun violence wether the US like it or not? Can China blame the US for inaction because the gun violence issue has been going on for decades? Do your research if your remaining brain is enough to do so and you will find out that more people die each year through gun violence in the US than the number of people who die through terrorism in Nigeria. I'm definitely pissed off with the terrorism and killings going on in Nigeria and just yesterday i called for the Government to recruit foreign mercenaries to restore peace or the president should resign but calling a foreign Government to invade your country without your approval is the worst statement Obi could ever make and this has sealed his fate of ever becoming president in Nigeria. He's better of joining IPOB officially.

Tinubu has to go. He has brought so much pain, death, disgrace and hardship to Nigerians.

Never knew Nigeria would ever have a president worst than Buhari. Tinubu did.

Trump clearly said if the Govt fails to stop the genocide, they will have to come in tackle the bandits.

Foreign bandits invaded Nigeria to cause the current turmoil, so nothing wrong in another foreign power coming to tackle them

Peter Obi has said he would have supported former U.S. President Donald Trump’s plans to eliminate terrorist groups in Nigeria if he were Nigeria's president at the time. Obi made the remark while speaking at a leadership forum, where he outlined the key priorities he would pursue if elected president.
This lying king is a complete shame to his own people. If Trump was coming to eliminate the IPOB terrorist, I can guarantee you that this clown will be saying something different.
The only reason why he's talking this way is simply because he only sees Northern terrorists as problematic not the terrorists from his own enclave.

See, I'm not disputing your quote. But one thing I've come to realise about power and authority is that, when you are not in control somethings are easier said that done. I've given up on humans long time ago not to talk of politicians.

Aside from the truth the guy below said; imagine when Doctors went on strike for good 13 moths under Peter Obi; do you think his advisers will not give him solution on how to engage the doctors so as to be able to avoid the prolonged strike? But I don't know what is wrong with our leaders in doing tye right thing.

If elections were to be held tomorrow ... and he was running ... with this statement I would cancel voting for him. He has either lost his mind .... or has sold out. Explain to me why he would allow a foreign country's military to enter his country to take care of a domestic problem? .... an old problem that while he was President found a solution in contracting foreign mercenaries who were very effective in rooting out the terrorists? Is he suffering from dementia? The US has 0% success rate in rooting out terrorists ... 20 years in Afghanistan the prime example of how terrible they are ... and have made everywhere they intervened worse. Do they ever leave when they intervene? GEJ fall my hand.... he will be a sell out.

We need to understand that Tinubu is president today not by Nigerians votes but by the support of the people who the average Nigerian respect and listen to such as Sultan, boko haram leaders, traditional leaders, religious leaders like Adeboye, so called intellectuals like Soyinka, top regional policians like Wike etc Thats why competent leaders like PO will have a tough time leading this country. It will be tough but its never impossible

$20 billion is all we are asking for Oga Trump, only $20 billion for 40 years single digit interest.

To pay back in 2065, official request has been forwarded to the office of Marco Rubio.

Tinubu has lost the good will of the people. The current level of Insecurity is a burden Nigerians can't take anymore and Tinubu have shown incompetence. He won because of the backing of the North, he has lost that as well

The problem is not the funding, but the fact that Tinubu and his corrupt cronies will steal the money as usual.

Tinubu has been taking multiple loans with nothing to show

No, you're wrong but not completely. APC are not brainless except few amongst them who are competing amongst themselves to see who can impress the real cabals of APC by outdoing one another with greater evil, otherwise APC knows what they're doing and they're doing it perfectly according to their template which is Islamization of entire Nigeria that's what Nnamdi Kanu exposed and being the reason for his persecution. The Yellowbars thought they could wish it away by conniving with the Fulanis against Nnamdi Kanu and the Igbos, but they also failed to bribe KAMA and the law of natural Justice not to remember them, today and just very imminent before the same thing Nnamdi Kanu said for which Yellowbars yearned crucify him crucify him consume them completely. You don't wish such cruelty away by sabotaging your neighbors or brother to the enemies.
Re: Trump's Intervention: "If I Were President" - Peter Obi (Video) by Honestey: 3:18pm On Nov 23, 2025
Obi has no any idea what the insecurity issues in Nigeria is all about. Buhari said he has the names of people behind the insecurities in Nigeria but he couldn't fight them for 8 years. You think bringing external forces to your government will end insecurity or will aggravate it?
I will love if America can come but they can't eliminate the terrorists and their sponsor in 8 years and even if they do, after their departure hausa-fulanis will take revenge on christians with allegations that they brought America in to fight them. I pray this doesn't spread all over the country. We might never witness peace again for a long time in the country. This is what we fear not that we don't want America help.
