To be fair, the only allegation out there and was being investigated by the company is the alleged sexual relations with a subordinate, and not the other stuff on the internet.

Maybe the subordinate threw him under the bus or something serious came to light during the investigations that they couldnt wait to conclude.

Fair is fair, and its part of the lessons he'll learn in life. Afterall, life they say is in cycles. He should keep it moving

He has enough assets that can offset the loan when push comes to shove.

If they seize his helicopter and out it for sale, take over the head office here in on the island, sell the rights /license he has on the oil well his company manages and take over the subsidiary companies he run on the side, their money will complete.

He may not be liquid enough to pay back now, but he definitely has assets way more than the loan amount which the banks can latch on to recover their money
