I dont think they hate Igbos. They just find it hard to understand that not everything is about tribe.

Funny how the outrage is always framed around “they hate Igbos” instead of asking why Kanu broke the law. People cry bias, yet ignore the fact that leaders from other regions have been convicted without riots or massive social media meltdown. Are we defending a person or a tribe? Genuine accountability should have no ethnicity.

Those places you mentioned,is not pure Igbo, Enugu, Anambra nko?

The sentiments expressed by these Igbo people about the conviction of Nnamdi Kanu is understandable. They see it as a conviction of an Igbo son rather than a criminal convicted by the court. This is the dilemma facing the Federal Government and the Judiciary. May God bless Nigeria for ever!

Those they claimed Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is killing want him released, but those in other regions that he has no business with want him killed.


Why is the real question.


If Kanu is killing Igbos, will enemies of Igbos want him arrested?

I dont think you guys ever did understand that jailing Kanu only made him far more popular, same as the South Africa jailing Mandela only made him more popular

Jailing Kanu for life literally turned him into a living legend amongst his fellow Igbos and made them believe in Biafra even more

In the meantime Kanu is in jail, you guys are seeing more Bokoharam being released, more bandits given peace deal, more killer herdsmen get ruga, and more negotiations with ISWAP that just executed a Brigadier. So as your country gets worse, you can congratulate your selves that managed to jail one man

Nigerians have a short memory and are very sentimental. If you followed the case, you'll see the victims of Kanu's utterances coming to testify. I have no pity for him. Those who are hailing him need a god figure. Someone who is okay with harming his own people is not fit to be a leader. The guy's demeanor in court further proves that he is bitter. Someone said the President should pardon him. I won't be surprised if for the benefit of my wild imagination, they give it to him and guess what he does? He gives the President a middle finger, that he doesn't want. That ego na im go be him downfall. Wisdom we used to think came with age but we can see that a mother cannot cry more than the child that wants to kpai himself.

I saw the way he talked to his lawyers, then sacked them, I then knew this person cannot hide his personality for long. His behaviour was also documented in the judgment.
