Balderdash, absolute Balderdash! You were around and was watching akimbo when Kanu was dancing himself lame at the rhythmic gyration and applause of his supporters alas reality is unfolding and he has realized that it wasn't indeed an applause but the wailing of the families of the innocent souls that were killed by his actions and inactions. The cock finally has come to roost. Nnamdi Kanu, you destroyed the once peaceful Biafra Land! God's judgement awaits you! |

Constitutional lawyer my foot . Enough of politicizing everything , did Nnamdi Kanu run foul of the law ? Yes , did his actions tantamount to terrorism ? Yes , did the sentence commensurate with his action? Yes . In as much as it seems that there is skewed judgement vis- a -vis other terrorism acts carried out by people from the northern parts of the country , a crime is a crime . |

The apc govt wants nmk dead that's why they colluded to transfer him to the core fulani north where recent prophecies are even now revealing that bokoharam fighters will eventually invade the prison and kill him there in his cell. |

The simple fact that no long-winded legal dissertation can dispute is that Kanu delivered numerous fiery speeches that SPECIFICALLY encouraged arson, shootings, torture, murder and the patently ILLEGAL deprivation of an entire people's right to free movement. Any one of the above capital felonies is sufficient to land a convict in jail for life, or on the hangman's scaffold, therefore Kanu's life in prison sentence was an act of mercy and compassion that was extended by the presiding judge despite egregious unruly in-court-provocations, to a cruel and sadistic convicted man who never once displayed mercy or compassion at any point during his entire wasted existence. Kanu is FINALLY where he belongs and where he will grow old, thankfully. Justice HAS been served. |

MultiDot:It is Unfortunate, that many Social Media gaulible audiences - Lawyers- are now troiling this Nnadi Kanu Sentencing, but were Laughing 😬at the Judiciary then, thinking the Social Media Warriors can always have their ways! Where Was This Particular Lawyer, when Kanu was Gerrymandering on the Judiciary ? For Example ,Kanu was told to Open his Defense- Open Your Defense, -yet Some of these Lawyers Whom We Never heard or Seen then-Are Being Be louded With Tribal and Ethnic Coloration, hence the rhetorics. Oga Lawyer,go and Rest,I take God Beg You! Talk is Cheap Indeed! |

It is people like this Nzeako that know a no law - a roadside lawyer that leads Kanu astray, and ended up with the judgement that he deserves Noneroone: |

Noneroone:Mr Simon Ekpa jailed in Finland for inciting violence from Finland #- to Nigeria. His case did not last more than one year before he was jailed not minding that he is a citizen of Finland. Mr Adeyinka Grandson jailed in the UK for inciting violence from UK to Nigeria against Igbos. His case did not last more than a year before he was jailed not minding that he is a UK citizen. Nnamdi Kanu incited violence from UK and many died from his. His case lasted for more than 4 years with hide and seek. His supporters want Nigerian Court not to convict him because he Kanu said that he is Nnamdi Kanu and cannot be convicted! Meanwhile Kanu committed more dangerous crimes than the two mentioned persons that were already jailed

I am an Igbo man and I can say it clearly the judge and Nigeria judiciary system is sound and okay. The problem with Nigerians is not accepting the truth and always believe that once some did better than you there must something behind. Many of those who are calling on our judicial system bad have in one time or the other benefited from the judiciary but once it didn't favor them they cry like devil.e.g when it favoured peter obi it was good and when he list it was kangaroo. And so many others. Nnamdi kanu case is right and cannot be faulted in any way. The question is did he committed the crime charged against him or not? No sentiment YES he did. So what's noise all about? Obi failed in the last election at the polls and also failed in the court then the judiciary became zoo. In any court of law there is always a review and every low court knew that their decisions must be reviewed. Yes I know many of them many be less than expected. From court of 3 wise humans are there and at supreme court 5 wise humans are there. Whatever it is that were wrong from the lower court are corrected at the higher courts. The major problems are tied to the lawyers. Many of the lawyers are criminals and deceiving people they represent in courts. Lawyers are the problem not the judiciary. Lawyers who can't prove their cases before judges will always shout in his office of his excellence at the court. From their filing you will know that many lawyer are road side side mechanics. e.g I saw nnamdi kanus lawyer saying how can you stay in prison in sokoto and file your in brief in Abuja. Then I was wondering was the high court that sentenced kanu in sokoto?court of Appeal can seat any where as long as it's within Nigeria. Federal high courts are lower to court of appeal. However in the case of jurisdiction. Whatever kanu wanted to fike can be filed in Abuja, e.g he was with kanu and at the prison in sokoto, and he met with him. So as kanu who knows the law more than every other Nigerians what stops him from typing his affidavits or ask the lawyer to swear an affidavits on his behalf due to his present condition in the prison and also write his process and will will be typed and bring back for him to sign and then the lawyer will go to Abuja to file the process. But the fool came to social media to lie to people just to attract sympathy, before you know itany would just start giving him money then another chapter will open to con people. I wanted to ask the lawyer does it mean that people in sokoto do not go to appeal court? 99.99% of our judicial problems are created by yahoo lawyers. The law is straight and clean. When you file the right process be rest assured that the law will speak even if there are some games played at the lower court it will not stand the taste of time as long as the lawyers knows what the law says. And not playing around and only interested in the amount they will charge you. The lawyers are the real yahooo yahoo. Go to any court and listen to the court proceedings only then with you understand that truly lawyers are the main problem. Always carrying files and fictitious nonsense about. e.g when Hope uzodinma won at supreme court many were surprised but why? Because they felt he came 3rd and yet the court declared him winner. Yes that the right decision. From the beginning Hope Uzodinma only ask court for fair heading. . Asking once why the result from his zone was cancelled and he was asking court to add up the results from his zone that he will be the winner. The ince and pdp don't see any reality and do not respond to that because Hope uzodinma came a distance 3rd. And when the case got to supreme court the court asked inec where the result was cancelled there was no reason filed and ince was always in court since Ince can't prove the reasons they cancelled the results from Hope uzodinma zone then the court ruled that the results must be added together since there was no reason and inec despite coming to court failed to respond or file any reason . The principles of fair hearing then comes to play after adding the results Hope was declared the winner because truly he was the actual winner of that election. That wasn't a miracle but the hard work of a lawyer who knows his job. As for ince and pdp lawyers they only collected money and slept off and kept deceiving ihedioha until the last minute when he lost totally. Many expect judges to just decide case with their brains without the processes. No it was only what you filed that can be used . Like kanu case no court in Nigeria acquitted kanu of all the terrorsim charges against him. None have the time to go and get the ctc judgement of the so called appeal court kanu is shouting inside the court that you don't know law but him that knows the law don't even understand the meaning of appeal court judgement that he was relying on. Kanu was mislead and he used his own mouth to finish himself. People forgot that it wasn't PBAT that arrested kanu the charges were already there before the arrival of PBAT. Simeon Ekpa is in prison for the the same crime kanu committed in a foreign land he was jailed and here foolish Nigerians are talking rubbish. Kanu must pay for all those killed by ipob and ESN. Enough of this nonsense. Igbo this Igbo that my brothers and sisters let's shout up our loud mouth to face reality. Thank you |

Noneroone:Mention one procedural flaw. See eeh... I can't understand our people's chest beating. One breath, we say that Kanu was right. We abuse the judge. Another breath we ask the president to grant him pardon. Even before God, what is the condition to obtain mercy? |

The matter tire me o, oga constitutional lawyer go rest, even you can't defend him. What he fails to admit is, if he had been tried in the UK or Even US, the Finland judgement would have subsist so what is really wrong in this case OGA lawyer. What shocked me most with his case is how he kept calling the judge my Lord, I didn't know a man like Kanu will also use the term My Lord. He defended himself o, less I forget, is he truly a lawyer? |

Abemy:This is the answer to your first question. Nzeako urged the legal team to move quickly. “They will go on appeal and they have to do so timeously,” he said. “Now that the written judgment is out, they get a copy, sift through it, bring out all the grounds of appeal and file. That is the only way forward.” If only you read and comprehend. Na this kind yeye brain omotoaho use give yeye judgement. |

esnbrutality:Nnamdi Kanu really needs to understand that his own life is not more precious than the lives of those he ordered ipob to kpai Kanu needs to do a lot of very deep soul searching It was only life imprisonment that was pronounced on him and he is now in absolute panic What of those that he pronounced kpai on and were taken out ? He gave them no right of appeal at all One of them called Okechukwu was filmed begging for a single last phonecall to give his wife his last farewell message but he was refused and kpaid on the spot What would Kanu do if he were in their own shoes |
