Better , serves as a deterrent to those unruly okada riders who think they have monopoly of violence and can easily descend on innocent people at free will and injure them or hack them to death for issues caused by them.

Make Una hear , na precedence be this. If any okada man kill another person , this judgement will be referred to for an expedited rulling.

The first thing he said was "Good news" and that's commendation.

I didn't see where he cheered them sha, even though he politicized it.
But if you check it without bias, he's right.
