Nwaikpe:
Some things that are food to some societies are not necessarily a discovery based on ingenuity but on situational conditions.

That is why Africans can "discover" that a leaf called "BITTER LEAF" is actually SWEET.
Not because they undertook any research, but because they were HUNGRY.
When it comes from an African, your people label it as laziness or hunger. But when it comes from your so-called masters, you call it smartness. That’s the result of a brainwashed mindse.

To call this anything less than research is to dismiss a profound, evidence based knowledge system. Our ancestors weren't just hungry they were ingenious scientists operating with the highest possible stakes. They developed a refined methodology to distinguish food from poison, a methodology that was passed down through generations and forms the foundation of the culinary knowledge we have today.

So, the discovery that a bitter leaf could be processed or prepared to be sweet wasn't an accident of starvation. It was the result of meticulous observation, experimentation, and the courageous, cumulative work of generations who refused to let hunger be the end of their story, but rather the beginning of their understanding.
