The company uses old car tyres to produce black oil and small iron crust/carbon dust. we need factory assistants who will be carrying cut tyres and other materials to machine operators within the factory. salary is 2000 per day for new workers during their 3 months probation/training period (Total full month salary for new workers including weekend/attendance bonuses is 71,600). we calculate the daily wages and pay monthly, but the 900 naira feeding allowance is paid daily. After three months probation new workers salary will be increased to 2200 naira per day. You are entitled to one day off weekly, u negotiate the day off with your supervisor so that ur day off will not clash with another person's day off, the day off is rotational. work is 7am-7pm Monday to Sunday. we have morning and night shifts, workers change shifts after every 14 days. we have accommodation. bring a photocopy of your guarantor NIN and one passport of your guarantor for registration before you start work
