You did well, but you guys should try to cut down on too much Carbohydrates, Salts and Sugary drinks because of silent killer which is High blood pressure and Diabetes which can complicate the rests of the organs.

Nigerian foods are mostly carbs. No escaping it. However, we can cut down on sugary drinks but it is not easy. Right now I have cut down soda to four times a month, that's once a week but even at that I sometimes cheat 😁
