Everything from how she turns and tries to walk away the moment her husband called her name to the idiot boyfriend trying to challenge him over his own wife shows this isn't a simple case of flirting but one of long standing adultery.

There are laws that can lead you to jail over sleeping with or pestering a married woman.

Where’s the evidence of cheating? Aside from “you say you dey go market”, what was there for him to lay claim on? By the way, what was the husband (claimant) doing there? How did he locate where his wife was, if he was concentrating on serious matters?

Why would he put his wife on camera? Why not put himself on camera? Why bring his wife to the court of public opinion when he was not ready to put his own face in it. What if the accused was not his wife’s boyfriend? How will the man’s damaged image be repaired?

The so called husband flouted the law, harassing his wife and that young man publicly in that manner. Do not forget that there’s a cybercrime law in place now. Capturing someone on camera without their consent is an offence. If that accused man presses a criminal charge, the so called husband will find himself in prison. That will be aside from the charge of defamation.

If your spouse is offending, you must pursue your actions by only legitimate means and not crude means as this man.

Married woman did not mention that she was married. She and the young man started dating. Which law prevents anyone from associating with whom they like? Can you tell us how the man had proven adultery, just by seeing his wife standing on the roadside and purchasing cucumber and apples? Just as he was the husband, the young man was the boyfriend. Where was the evidence that he was the husband? Or you have not heard of kidnappers claiming relationship with women just to whisk them away to their forests?

The young man can press charges of assault, intimidation and harassment against the so called husband. I just stated earlier that there’s a cybercrimes law in place. Capturing that lady and the man on camera without their consent can lead him to jail, if charges are pressed. It is now against the law.

If you feel offended by your spouse, simply take legitimate steps. Making such moves can endanger your life, especially if confronted by someone greater and more powerful than you.
