Fulani Bandits Are a “National Treasure” and Asset to Nigeria — Arewa Activist Makes Shocking Claim | The Positive Activist

In this explosive new post, The Positive Activist, a controversial Arewa socio-political commentator, drops one of the most provocative statements of the year:
that Fulani bandits are a national treasure and an asset to Nigeria.

In this video, we break down his argument, the context behind the statement, and the heated nationwide reactions that followed. Is this a misguided attempt at rebranding criminality? A political strategy? Or an effort to highlight deeper security and socioeconomic issues in Northern Nigeria?

We explore:
🔹 Why she believes bandit groups have been "misunderstood"
🔹 The social, political, and historical layers surrounding Fulani banditry
🔹 How insecurity has reshaped life in the North
🔹 The reactions from Nigerians across the country
🔹 What this means for national unity, safety, and leadership accountability

This is a must-watch for anyone interested in Nigerian politics, security issues, Northern activism, ethnic relations, and national discourse.

90% of Fulani elites are bandit sympathiser. They don't see that as criminal since they don't attack their tribesmen except others

Re: Fulani Bandits Are A National Treasure To Nigeria — The Positive Activist by Dalohad:
99% of these Fulani Muslims are either terrorists sympathisers or terrorists themselves.

If you call them bandits you are also a terrorist-sympathizer trying to water down their crime..

They are terrorists..Simple..

Another Fulani terroress on the loose. What are Fulani terrorists whom she termed forest guards doing in Benue state? Which mineral is being mined there? What about Eha Amufu and other parts of the South?
Thank God they're showing their faces one after the other. All those Fulani terrorists have killed their people will avenge their loved ones. Thunder fire that terroress there.

The earlier the Northern elites stamp out this thinking from their domain, the better for them. It is clear that the political elites are sponsoring these bandits, that's why they are bold to talk about it in the media. If Tinubu cuts this monster off its head, whether he wins or loses 2027, he will write his name in history but I'm afraid, man loves politics more than anything.

Yeah! Bandits are national treasure as they pursue the jihad their evil progenitor pursued but failed.

As you dey see her so, she fit knack all the terrorists just to give them the ideological religious inspiration to wreck more havoc. You now know the types of godforsaken people you share a country with.

Call which one to order. Is tinubu respected by arewa?

tinubu is just a mere ceremonial president.

This is a very dangerous narrative that can be misconstrued to mean that the bandits are being glorified.

Northern politicians are mostly compromised of a particular tribe, their activists, chiefs etc
Who exactly speaks for the rest of the people?

Let me get this right;
They abduct and rape young girls because they’re angry with their employers;
They kill villagers and burn places of worship because they’re angry with their employers;
They behead security agents because they’re angry with employers;
They blow up railroads conveying innocent passengers and kill them too because they’re angry with their employers;

I would have thought a disgruntled employee would resign and look for work elsewhere, but no, the answer by this lady is arson, rape, treason, civil unrest, genocide, of innocent citizens that are equally struggling to make sense of our economic conundrum.
By the way, how come they don’t know the home address of their employer? Is Aso-rock/state government’s house that obscure?

I really hope this is an eye opener for those sitting on the fence over the nationalist or separatist issue, this lady made it clear, don’t use our people and dump them, her people are bandits and osama bin Laden, not the hardworking citizens of Nigeria.

They don't even hide the agenda. No way the South should be ok with this.

But thanks to Yoruba greed and opportunism, this has become our reality

I don't blame her.

It is the stupid British that joined us together with these animals that I blame.
Since when did Tinubu become a British person who has been alive from before 1914 huh

In any case, your other southern politicians don’t see any tribe as animals.

Highways:
Where Are The Cows? Is Evans A Herdsman?'

When Funke Olakurin, daughter of Afenifere leader, Pa Reuben Fasoranti was murdered instead of Bola Tinubu to make sure that the perpetrators were brought to book, he ended up making fun of the death of the young lady by turning everything into tribalism by showing his hates for Igbos.

Tinubu has never spoken against the deadly activities of Fulani herdsmen across the country

Mrs Olakunrin died of gunshot wounds in July 2019 after her vehicle was attacked by armed men, suspected to be marauding Fulani bandits whose violent activities had reached a frightening level across the southwest states.

Those arrested suspects include Lawal Mazaje, 40, from Felele area of Kogi State; Adamu Adamu, 50, from Jada area of Adamawa State; Mohammed Usman, 26, from Illela area of Sokoto State and Auwal Abubakar, 25, from Shinkafi area of Zamfara State....

However, the leader of the team, identified only as Tambaya, and three others are yet to be found.

Tambaya has been declared wanted by the police and he is said to be capable of communicating in Hausa, Fulfude and Pidgin English.
