I believe most will treat the country as their personal farmland.

This is what is obtainable in most peoples farmland.

The first impression and what's most obtainable on peoples "personal farms" planting Yam, Corn, cassava, beans Is uproot competing weeds from their farms that affects main crops negatively,
When a Mango or Orange seed germinates on its own in peoples personal farm. if it obstructs the main crops, even if it's valuable no matter how painful, it will be uprooted. That's how far farmers operate their "personal farms".

If it adds value and it's productive and can be adjusted without affecting the main crops, then it can be accommodated.

The weeds might be allowed to come back when the crops are fully grown up or it's harvest or time.

I believe that's what happens in most peoples personal farm.
