Migration has nothing to do with specific countries if not by rates . Migration is an individual decision making. USA CITIZENS also leave in every part if this world. Even in many Africa countries including Nigeria. I have met them in many countries and continent.
They also do relocate. The issue is the rate of which particular countries CITIZENS take relocation to another and the way they did it was the question.
