How long did it take after confirming before they sent the appointment date?
And also how fast is the appointment. Do they give like 2 weeks, 3 weeks notice or how long?

The appointment dates are still given in chronological order. Last date I know was around end of January 2024, so they'll continue giving dates from then. Notice is about 3 weeks iirc

My focus is on the strategies, forms of knowledge, and everyday practices that applicants use to deal with uncertainties, bureaucratic requirements, and practical challenges during the visa procedure.
As part of this project, I am looking to speak with individuals in the visa process or organisations who have experience supporting applicants—such as private visa agencies, consultants, travel facilitators.

I am particularly interested in:

* insights into common challenges applicants face,
* strategies used to manage or overcome these challenges,
* the role of online information and social networks, and
* everyday experiences with consulates and documentation requirements

The interviews will be conducted in writing, treated confidentially, and used exclusively for academic purposes.

Check the DAAD website and Erasmus you will see a lot of scholarships. Start from there

Also, guys, are those going for Ausbildung experiencing the same appointment wait time delays at the embassy? I'm seeing the average wait time between applying for an appointment and actually getting interviewed for a[b] student visa is almost 2 years[/b]. Is this wait time the same for Ausbildung?

To apply as a first class student on the new portal, apply as a scholarship applicant and upload evidence of your first class as the evidence of scholarship

You can check on daad.de to see if there are schools still admiting or open for admission for the summer semester.
